ExtraOddinary aka Umar Kahn Charging for information that is free and available online Internet

I am issuing this apology to EXtraOddinary and Umar, Who has worked with me in private to resolve this issue. I compliment him for being so patient and diplomatic when dealing with me, also since he has his own life to deal with on top of all of this. This whole complaint stems from emotional desperation on my part.

I Apologize from the bottom of my heart, I was wrong and am wrong to have over-reacted. Thank you for taking the time to smooth this out. IM SORRY

Just an update on my original complaint. Where I said "they claim to have developed it, which they did not", maybe they didnt use those exact words, but they take credit for streamlining it, anyone who would like to can read the website and make their own determination.

Anyway, the original complaint still stands. That this website is selling information that is widely and freely avaiable to the public for 60 US dollars. What an easy thing to do, just repackage and resale what's already out there to the unsuspecting.

Also, my refund is still going to take 5-7 business days, even though they got their payment from me instantly, which I guess is probably more of a paypal thing, but I would call it unfair.

My last complaint is this, I only came here to make a complaint in the first place because when I aksed for the refund in the first place, Umar questioned my reason for downloading the program twice, which I explained was because I could not view it on my mobile device, so I had to go view it on my desktop. There is no way I could even know the program was sigil magick until purchasing it and viewing it, even though I had this suspicion looking at the images used on the website.

I am willing to work out a resolution in a diplomatic manner, but I am certainly not apologizing, you apologize to me, you sold me something useless, harassed me when I asked for my refund instead of just being nice and doing it. I also wont be getting my money back for 5-7 business days, that is unfair when you got your money instantly.

Just like so many of your customers, I came to your website for help and what do I get? ripped off? Some useless technique that I know how to do already? This is a test of your character, so lets see. We can resolve it in a public arena.

If it works for others, fine, but not everyone is the same. These reports cannot be removed and should not, business's should not be able to bully peolple who just want to warn others. Your website is full of "postive" testimonials, it's not like you are going to put the customers that were unhappy or didnt get results up, and who knows if those testimonials are even real.

The program should say that it is Sigil magick before having to purchase.
