I ordered the trail bottle, like so many people on this site have, thinking it was worth a try if it truly was an all natural product that gave me more energy, cleansed my system, helped me stay trim, etc. It's advertised as a 14 day trial. After giving them my credit card I saw (all the way at the bottom of the page and not prominently displayed) the terms and conditions as well as privacy policy. The hidden terms and conditions are these:

"I understand that by ordering Extreme AcaiBerry, I am agreeing to receive Extreme AcaiBerry for a free 14-day trial period (days of availability for actual usage could be less depending on shipping time) beginning on date of order. $3.95 (non-refundable) for S&P. I understand that unless I cancel by calling 1-877-350-8480 within this 14-day period, beginning on the 14th day my credit card will automatically be charged $89.31 (Free Shipping) for a 31 day supply of Extreme AcaiBerry to be shipped at that time to my door.

Thereafter, until and unless I cancel, my credit card will automatically be charged an additional $89.31 every 31 days for a new supply of Extreme AcaiBerry. I understand that I may cancel any future shipments Monday through Friday by calling 1-877-350-8480. Our hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm MST.

We do not accept returns on any products that have been shipped. "

After reading this I thought, I better cancel. I didn't want to pay almost $90 a month for something I'm not sure will even work after 14 days...and I don't even have the full 14 days to try the product! Then I read the privacy policy and I really started to panic:

"Extreme AcaiBerry. collects information from individuals when an individual provides information to a third party and Extreme AcaiBerry. subsequently purchases, licenses, or otherwise acquires the information from the third party (the "Seller"). Such purchased information may include, but is not limited to, an individual's name, email address, street address, zip code, telephone numbers (including cell phone numbers and carriers), birth date, gender, salary range, CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, education and marital status, occupation, industry of employment, personal and online interests, and such other information as the individual may have provided to the Seller (together, "Third Party List Information"). When acquiring Third Party List Information, Extreme AcaiBerry. seeks assurances from the Seller that the Seller has a right to transfer the Third Party List Information to Extreme AcaiBerry. and that the Seller has a right to provide offers from advertisers to the individuals whose personal information is included on the Seller's list."

After reading that they would sell my credit card information (without my consent or knowledge, unless I read this hidden information of course) I immediately canceled my credit card without even bothering to cancel the "subscription", and one only has to read the numerous stories on this website to know what this company will do once they have your credit card - they will charge you for miscellaneous products you didn't want and won't receive. Once I got the trail bottle seven days after I ordered it (half my "trial" was up by then) I opened the bottle to look at the pills. They looked and smelled like children's Flintstone's Vitamins. I looked at the ingredients - there are no ingredients that promote weight loss, NONE! In fact, the other than dies and chemical agents that help the tablets dissolve in your mouth, the main ingredient is sugar.

Here is the full list of ingredients:
Dextrose (sugar)
Citric Acid (sugar)
Crospovidone NR (dissolution aid for tablets)
Magnesium Stearate (melting agent)
Sucralose (sugar)
Vanilla Flavor
Wild berry Flavor
Carmin Color (Dye)

Anybody who is taking these pills, please stop and flush them down the toilet! They will not harm or help you at all because they are sugar pills. They are a waste of good money and do nothing to help you loose weight or any of the other promises on their website. This company is a shameful operation designed to fool you into giving them your credit card information in return for a worthless product.
