I responded to an email offer for a free risk trial offer for Extreme Acai Berry with only a shipping and handling charge of $3.95. The 15 day supply was received within 10 days.
On August 11th I received a new shipment of a 30 day supply and was charged $89.31!! Apparently by agreeing to the free risk trial I subscribed to a monthly shipment. There was nothing indicating this on the website nor in was there mention in the free trial offer shipment. I did not find out about canceling until I did further research today (August 12th)
The phone number was busy all day on the 11th when I called. Small wonder.
I finally got someone on the phone after 30 minutes. The company is Nu- Bodi at 4650 SW 51st St, Ste 711, Davie, FL 33314
The sellers of this product are very clever in hiding behind there telemarketing company. I want my money back and to return the product. Anybody have any luck finding out who these people are. I've contacted the FTC, BBB in N. Las Vegas and will continue to compain
