Desperate for a well paying 40 hour job, I answered an ad in the Birmingham news for a assistant manager/manager trainee job. No experience necessary, will train 5-8 weeks. $415.00 a week Training.

Went to my first interview in a building labeled " Action Systems". I was not told exact name of company, but was told numerous possibilities of where I could go from there, all my opprotunities I could have becoming my own manager.

Two young girls were interviewed before me together and I was interviewed by myself. Only one job refrence was required of me, and no real peronal background was needed. The man named Bill, unsure of last name, was 25 and president of the company. Kasey Bates was Vice President. Laid back atmosphere with loud music playing. Bill told me during my interview I would more than likely hear from him to scheadule my second interview later on that day Went home and sure enough at the time given Bill called me to set up my second interview two days later.

My second interview was a group interview of about 25 people. We went over company history. LARRY HAHN! Was told around the very end about pay rate and what not.

Three ways to get paid...
1. $10 per transaction you make
2. Weekly Bonusus and incentitives
3. Profit sharing which would not come until about a year later.

We were also told we would be paid cash for the training period. At the end of our 3 hour meeting/interview, Kasey the prestigious young vice president would call two people out at a time to be interviewed privately, then Bill would talk to a few of us in the meeting room which was in fact very hot.

Bill called me out asked me a few questions about myself and why I wanted the job. Then Kasey came in to the room and had me and one other person come to the front office for futher interviewing. The other person decided it was no the job for them, wise choice. Kasey questioned me futher to see why I wanted the job, I gave her my reasoning and was hired to start this upcoming Monday.

Some things just did not sit right with me though so I investigated and came upon this site which had so many storied involving Larry Hahn and his marvoulous perfume scam. So just watch yourself. I almost feel for it.
