My daughter went to Extreme Cheer and Dance/UA and the owner Carole never provided a monthly invoice for any charges that she made to your credit card.  When asked to go over billing she could not be found.  We asked several times and nothing always promises. 

Well once the season was over one more request to go over things. NOTHING and it turns out i was double billed on things and billed for things i dont even know what they were for.

Extreme Cheer and Dance was in financial trouble merged with UA but is still being run by Carole in Orland Park. All the couches quit because they werent getting paid in a timely manner.  I would stay away TROUBLE

In talking with the Credit Card company it is very hard to get a resolution with a signed contract (which i gave authority to charge my card) So i was double billed and got screwed.

Every family is given an invoice for the entire season when they join.  You know exactly what youre paying and being charged for each month.  Costs are also easily found on the website in the program handbook.  You were also provided 2 copies because of your divorced situation, and given another detailed copy of monthly charges.

You have disputed charges with your credit card company.  I have provided proof of charges to your credit card company along with your signature of approval.  No double billing as you claim. You were not granted a refund.  I don't think anyone would join a program and hand over a credit card number without knowing what the costs were each month!

In the 7 years of business, I have never received any complaints.  I have dedicated families who return every season!  I am saddened that someone would post such false claims of financial problems, etc.  For this one unhappy parent, I am proud to say I have hundreds of happy families and kids that I work with!
