In June/July 2012, I saw add for 2-months membership for $24 at Extreme Fitness when I went to Extreme Fitness Membership manager (Jacky So) told me that I have to sign up for an year and has to be on the Credit Card to get this promotion. I specifically told Jacky So he did not want to be a yearly member because I am on a contract at BMO and I live in Mississauga, after my contract done here I dont know where I will be working next. But he confirmed that I will be able to cancel the contract anytime I want and if I want to keep it I dont have to do anything bye the way he was pushy and aggressive. So after getting enough assurance that I can cancel anytime I want I took that 2 months promotion.

After the first months, I received my Master Card bill and saw charged for first month of membership. I asked to cancel my membership, Extreme Fitness told me this is not possible and also told me that Jacky So is no longer with the company then I put a hold on the membership but my Credit Card still been charged for the membership so I met the GM of Extreme Fitness Al Emadian and asked explained him and put a hold on the account till it get resolved was also not cooperative enough to cancel my membership and asked me to pay the full year membership and nothing he can do so in the mean time I lost my card and got a new one and I didnt give my new credit card info to Extreme Fitness so my card since then didnt charge for the membership.

After 2 months I went to GM Al Emadian to ask him if he can help me in this but he refused. So now I have no where to go but to report here. Now Extreme Fitness says I owe them money and my account can not be on hold/frozen for more then a month. I only have been to a GYM for 3-4 weeks and since then I have been charged. They already took out 2-3 months membership fee and I owe the rest.
