i got a call from a customer service representative about the Extreme HCA drops because i did fill out my name and number on their website(which now I cannot find). The rep offered me a bottle for free to try and all i had to do was pay shipping which was $9.95 with the agreement that if i called within 15 days of ship date (which would be on my packing list when i recieve) they would not send me two more bottles and charge me $89.95 for them. I recieved the bottle on December 30th and the packing list  ship date said December 26, 2013. At that time i went right to my calendar and marked January 9,2014 with a reminder in case the drops did not work because the 15th day would be January 10,2014.

I followed the instructions on the bottle. I even had my sister take before pics and if it did work i would purchase the next part of the program. It did not work. I actually gained 2 pounds, so I called on January 9,2014 so i would not be shipped the other two bottles and be charged the $89.95. The representative informed me i would not be shipped any further bottles or charged but did not tell me they had just shipped me three bottles and charged me the $89.95 for them the day before

On January 11,2014 i recieve 3 bottles and I called the company and explained to them that it did not work for me and that i needed a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. They informed me that i made the order on December 24, 2014 and they could not give me an RMA. I explained to the rep that the day i ordered i was told it would be 15 days from ship date and if it did not work for me i should be given a refund. This rep told me it was 15 days from order date.  totally different from what the rep i ordered from did

This company is ripping people off, if you buy a product and it doesn't work for you, as consumers, anywhere I have ever shopped whether it be on or offline if the product you bought doesn't work, wrong size or for whatever reason you are entitled a refund. And then the sales reps are giving out the wrong info cause i was told that as soon as i got my packeage please make sure to be aware of the ship date and call before 15 days so i would not be charged for the next shipment. And then when i recieved the three bottles and called i was told it was 15 days from order date. Can you imagine how many people they are telling these wrong instructions to and how much money they are ripping us off for at 99.90 a pop. (amount of second shipment with shipping and handling)?

The worst part is the CSR was so rude with the "I don't care" attitude
