Extreme HCA Garcinia Cambogia SUPERIOR DISTRIBUTION/AZC FRAUDULENT, RUDE THIEVES MESA Arizona

I was called by this company and convinced that I needed to try the product.  I ordered it and tried it.  I was told I had 30 days in which to cancel and not pay anything additional than the 4.95 I paid to try it.  I was told my doctor to stop using it so I called, waiting on hold over 5 minutes, and canceled my next shipment.  They still sent me the next shipment and when it arrived my office called and I told them not to accept it.  I called today to ask why I had been charge 99.00 for the product I sent back and they said , after being on hold for more than 10 minutes,  they never got a call from me and that It was to bad that I sent it back without permission because there was nothing I could do.  As I did not know because I wasn't told I needed to because I canceled prior to getting it they said that I was out of luck.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was hung up on.  I called back and again waited around 10 minutes and got hung up on after saying Hello and starting to say who I was.  I of coarse called back.  This time the person answering said she was the supervisor and said vertually the same thing the first lady said and would not give me her name or the name of the person I spoke with originally.  Funny because when I first said I had previously canceled they wanted to know the name of the person.  Her name was Kelly and I told them the day and time of our conversation.  They claim the conversation never happened.  I am going to the bank tomorrow to dispute the charge.  I feel I have followed through with their protocol and it is reduculous that they do this to people.  I would never recommend a company that treats people this way and that ignores cancelations!!!
