This company gives away free phones that are REMANUFACTURED! They lie and tell you they are NEW but one of the phones I received actually had pornographic pictures in it and I had to return it. The second one the speaker went out after 2 weeks!

When you try to use AT&T's warranty, they tell you that the phone has been used 2 years ago and they will not warranty it out and to go back to the store. The store then tells you it is past their 30 day return policy. So you are stuck with a phone that has been remanufactured?!?! After a couple hours of complaining and calls later, they finally decide to swap it out with ANOTHER phone that is EXACTLY the same, REMANUFACTURED.

If anyone decides to upgrade or activate a AT&T phone, either go to Wal-Mart or call customer service, they will give you a NEW phone for FREE and not a remanufactured one that they say is NEW, but has actually been discountinued 2 years ago.
