I responded to an add on my news feed. Checked for additional terms and conditions. Nowhere did I see any charges listed except the shipping fee or any information I was signing up for an ongoing service. Then in 14 day I was charged $86. for the skin care, the bank fraud dept. notified me of the second charge of$89. for the eye care they stopped payment.

I called the number on the packing slip, while disputing it the woman told me she couldn't refund me anything but could offer me 35% off future orders. She then offered to settle by canceling the 'contract' for $59. if I didn't pay they would continue to charge me $89 a month.
