eyepothesis ivory white Emma says I checked agreement to be lied to, stolen from, and scammed, but I can't find that part. Boulder, Colorado

I ordered a free sample from a Walmart website.  I was then charged 82.00 on my credit card and told that I had only a few days to return the sample or cancel the account or they will continue every month to bill my card. This was not and 80.00 package, it was a very small (sample size) amount of product.

I cancelled my account, I thought, but then received another package and another charge: 84.00. I immediately asked for cancellation, return authorization for credit, and was given an RMA# with instructions that I very carefully followed to a tee because I was now scared of these people.

I sent the pkg back with the RMA# clearly printed in large letters on the outside of the box as instructed. I waited and waited for credit. Finally I called and was told they received the unopened and undamaged merchandise that they had sent me, but their receiving dept. said the RMA# was not on the outside of the pkg. so I could not get my money refunded.

Being quite upset and buying time for them, they offered to reship the product. I reluctantly conceded because I knew they were never going to give me my money back, so I called Eyepothesis and the rep told me they would replace the product I returned, but to give them 3-5 days to ship it.  I waited and waited and no product ever arrived. I contacted them about where it was. This time Emma said that it had been over 30 days so I could not receive the product nor my money according to the agreement box that I checked.

I emailed Emma asking her to please send me the part in the agreement that says return shipments will be lied about the RMA# by the receiving department. That they will lie about shipping replacement products in 3-5 days, then wait until 30 days have passed so they can claim they owe no credit because a time frame has lapsed. I can't seem to find those terms in the agreement they have printed when you order the Free Sample.

I have had to change my credit card three times because I am afraid of these people. I want my money back and I want it in a certified check.  I emailed her asking them to email me the p
