Eyepothosis rip off return service, Internet

Eyepothosis advertises to order their procuct for $1.00 and use it for 8 days and either cancel the order and send the product back or pay. I recieved the product on Nov.24 2010. They charged my acount $78.41 on the 26th of Nov. I cancelled the account on the 29th of Nov. I did not have 8 days to use the product. I sent it back unopened and refused. I called customer service and they will not refund my money because the 24th was more than 8 days since the sent the product out. I asked how can I use the product for 8 days when I did not have it. They basically said tough luck no refund. What a bad business practice. I may have kept there product if I could have used it first to see if I like it.
