EZ Loan Protection Unauthorized charge, Internet

This company took $30.00 from my account on 12/01.  I contacted them and was told by a "Tom Maxwell" the fee would be contacted since I had not authorized it.  I was told it would take 7 business days.  On Friday 12/10, I contacted them and was told by someone named "Brady" that the money would be back in my account by Monday.  Today, 12/14, the money was still not in my account. I contacted the customer service number and was told the company had gone out of business.  I filed a fraud charge with my bank and will follow up to make sure this company is being dealt with.
