I was contacted by EZ Money Loan representative regarding a loan application I filled out online.  Afteran introduction about this company and confirmation of my personal information the representative then stated that the completion of the process had to be completed by a senior manager Raven Jennings. Mr. Jennings informed me that EZ Money Loan can help me with my loan request of $3,500 but because of my low credit score I would have to put a deposit down of $200 and this would need to be put on a Money Pak card. I purchased the card the next day and called Mr. Jennings with the 16 digit numbers from the back of the card.

As the loan process proceeded two days later Mr. Jenning tells me I need to pay $476 to pay the IRS the taxes on this loan, I needed the money I have some urgent needs in my life so I used bill money a got another Money Pak card as instructed by Mr. Jenning and gave him the numbers off that card as well.  Mr. Jenning promised me after paper work processing he informed me that will have a wire transfer in my checking accout by 6:30pm that time came and went and by the next morning there still was no deposit. I tried getting in touch with Mr. Jenning all day but he never returned my calls.

I was finally able to reach Mr. Jenning of EZ Money Loan only after I blocked my number from coming up on caller ID. I informed Mr. Jenning that I did not receive my deposit of $3,500 he stated that there was some more money was needed for taxes I informed him I was not paying any more money and that I wanted a refund of the $200 and $479 I put on the Money Pak cards. Mr. Jenning informed me that the only way I can get a refund is by buying a 3rd Money Pak card and put $65 on it to pay for the cancellation fee.

I told him I absolutely would not and out of courtesy and good customer service should absorb this cost and refund my $679, Mr. Jenning became very rude and told me that his company absolutely will not and that if I did not get the $65 Money Pak card that I will not receive my refund and that I was not to ever call him again and not to bother him. I requested to speak with a manager I was refused and he lied an told me he would his manager Mike Smith call me. I never got that call & I'm $679 poorer.

There is and never was a ""loan" - just a scam.

1:  NEVER NEVER NEVER pay an advance fee for a Loan.

2: There are no taxes due on loan proceeds.

3: The "Cancellation Fee" was just one final attempt to scam you out of more money.
