while making.payments they require the buyer to pay and make all repairs. After your temporary tag is expired,normally 30-60 days after getting car the buyer is back to being carless. Why? The dealership is unable to get to the buyer vehicle title because the dealership hadn't even paid off the vehicle they are selling to previous owner, so the dealership its self don't even have title. The dealership does still expect monthly payment while the consumer is walking unable to register vehicle.
