EZ properties Vicki Neimi Racist, harassment, threats Thousand Oaks California

This is a complaint about Vicki Niemi . She first called me to introduce herself as the new property manager in April 2013. She asked for the owner and when I said I was the owner, she was in disbelief. Stating "oh, I thought the owner would have an accent?" I'm of Asian decent, born and raised in California. There was no need for such a comment.

In the past couple weeks she has also sent messages and phone calls to my father that were confusing in nature. She wanted the rent, but we did not recieve the bill with the correct month. After some harassing phone calls to my elderly parents, I stepped in via email and tried to clearify the situation. And when they sent the rent bill through email, ( they offered it through email at first and when I asked where it was, they back tracked and said they were mailing it?) then the month date was just scribbled out instead of sending a proper typed in invoice. Sloppy.

The phone calls and voice mails were threatening in nature for the past couple weeks that my father did not want to comply to "meet" in order for them to gain access to the shop due to vicki's aggressive tactics. I have been trying to sort out the situation, but when she started to claim that my father was not working with her on her demands, I had to finally bring up her behavior. I should have made a complaint about her the first time she contacted me, so that others may be protected from this type of unprofessionalism and irrational behavior. 

It got so bad that my father saved all messages from Vicki and I have the emails that have her back tracking on all her claims. I've already sent my complaints with the city.
