This company and its employees are evil and will be dealt with as seen throughout this report. Whatever you do, stay away from these devils.

I walked into E-Z Rental Car to rent a vehicle and came upon a demon named Miguel who was a crook, lied to me, is uneducated, has no idea what he is talking about, does not know how to talk with people, is a vile b*****d, and beared false witness against me in the most heinous way a person could do so. He was raised like a despicable human being.

I was talking to this punk about insurance coverage for the vehicle. They, of course, want to sell you the insurance. Such a surprise. No big deal there.

I told him I could put full coverage on my policy, which obviously I could with one phone call.

However, the problem started when we started discussing the insurance I had through my credit card. The insurance is primary when the person does not have collision, and pays as long as the car is not rented more than 14 days. (some agreements state 15 days) The insurance is only secondary when the person already has full coverage on this vehicle.

I tried to explain this to Miguel, but he was too busy overshouting me with "these are the rules" (at least 3 times in a nasty way) and verbally abusing me.

He is about to find out I am his worst nightmare come true.

Aside from him repeating irrelevant secondary insurance information (which was irrelevant because of what I tried to explain) he thinks he can bark at people and abuse them.

Well his entire life is about to change due to this episode and what he pulled next, as is his fellow punk, Kevin's life.

The same is going to happen to their CEO, and the station mgr in due time.

None of it is going to stop for the rest of their lives with perfectly legal things.

I gave him a tongue lashing because of his verbal abuse and never cursed. You see, its ok for him to bark at me, dominate a person, abuse them, and generally act like a poorly raised punk and loser, but its not ok for the other person to call him on it.

I asked at least 7 times for his full name so I could report him. First, he refused several times and then he said a name quickly and I asked for him to write it down or spell it for me. I made clear I was putting this up on the Internet.

Well, I left after several attempts, to no avail, to get his name to pursue this further with the higher ups and elsewhere.

Now, think to yourself for one second. The guy has already left, obviously never plans to come back. (I told them point blank that I was leaving and not coming back)

I told them call the police, Im not scared of them and Im not---or of little coward demons like this.

I watched both of them closely and will swear on my mothers soul this is the truth.

Neither one of them EVER called the police while I was there.

They only did so after they saw me walk across the street and speak with a police officer. I wanted to make d**n sure that I wasnt falsely accused of something and told her everything that transpired.

In the time AFTER I walked out their door, never cursed them threatened them, and just repeated over and over that I wanted their names (and left and said outright I wasnt coming back), they called the police and falsely accused me of a trespassing complaint.

Now, there is nothing more heinous a person can do to another human being than cause a written record to be made that harms another person with the police or for the future.

Their lives shall never be the same, in plenty of perfectly legal fashions, because of their lies, and their wrongful action that should not have taken place, and that permanently damaged me beyond repair.

They saw me talking to the police. I went to the police first just to be safe because I know about filth like these jerks who lie through their teeths and make up all sorts of stories.

I watched them as I was talking to the police and they saw me clearly through the window. I saw them perfectly clearly. These guys just wanted to one up me, and show me who was boss. Well, they are about to find out who is boss FOREVER.

I was the last person on this earth they should have ever done this heinous thing too.
I had to sign a form and I was permanently damaged in this city because of them. Well, the same is about to happen to both of them, and if necessary, the CEO and the mgr, Dan, in their personal and business neighborhoods.

I have watched many people do this, as have girls I have known. It isnt that uncommon these days, as Ive gotten these things on my own door and in my own mailbox.

Life, as these 2 Devils know it, is about to change forever in all the legal ways.

Scared of these demons little boy Devil attorneys? Im shaking in my boots. They cant do any worse than they already did to me, and I dont care about money because I dont have much anyway. Even if I did, I would still do what Im about to do.

Now you may not care about being permanently damaged due to evil filth like these 2 punks, but I do.

Guess what happens next.

I get damaged with this form I have to sign, go to another rent a car place, and they knew these filthbags and slime. So help me God, I go to the counter and the guy says, on my soul, "why do you think I left the place". This was a first class guy. They didnt have cars and he sent me to two fabulous, world class guys at another company who were like God's men compared to the epitome of darkness and evil.

They knew how to converse, go over things, discuss issues, be kind, be nice, be calm, and generally act like human beings unlike the gutter dung at E-Z Rental Car. It was like dealing with people with light in their souls after the lowest life forms on this earth that dont even know how to communicate with people. This other guy Kevin, didnt give a rats behind how this other guy Miguel talked to me. Why? Because he is a loser.

Now are these guys worth me getting a seizure for or some other catastrophic health problem? No. But I decided it is, and am going to take action against both as justice for the permanent thing they can never remove.

These guys names are done--in this city, and wherever they move, plain and simple.

I've had health problems, but even if it takes my life, I will expose these dirtbags with as many people around them for the rest of my natural life. That's how deadly serious I am on this.

I am far from the first to have someone wrongfully accuse them and destroy their name in a city with the most critical people.

But I am nothing like the other 99.9999% that are chumps and let it go, and dont know how to utterly destroy the people who do it.

These guys have no idea that the party has just begun and I am going to make them regret the day their evil mothers gave birth to both of them.

They think the police is some game, some joke, something to lie about, something to destroy people with forever, when they knew d**n well I wasnt going back in there, had left, and they know d**n well they never called while I was there either,
and was walking away.

They wanted to play hardball. Well they are going to see things they cant even fathom that a person could do to another person's name.

I dont have the last names yet. Im hiring a PI to find them out. When I do, Im going to go many steps past what I said I was going to do on the net. All their neighbors FOREVER, are going to know exactly what these demons are.

They wont listen? They wont think Im credible? That's ok. I try. Thats the best I can do. Over and over and over and over. I worry about things I can control.

Most of all these Devils are getting such massive dark Karma in the end when they pass one day, that they are all over. They broke one of the ultimate commandments, that even for those who dont believe in them, KNOW to NEVER do.

This is well beyond tellng you not to rent through this cheap, classless, crooked, Devilike, mean spirited, slimy company that has vicious, sinister, abvusive employees who dont know how to talk with people.

Had he said what he said, nicely, calmly, pleasantly, and discussed it like a human, and allowed the other person to speak, instead of shouting them down with his "these are the rules thing" (and that wasnt the only thing he did that way) there would have been no problem and I simply would have left and rented from honest people that knew what they are doing.

But he didnt. He was nasty, domineeering, not calm, not nice, and just wanted to make clear in "his way" what the deal was.

The police thing has cost you your name for the rest of your lives guys, and if your little CEO wants to play with me, or Dan as well, I will be glad to bring them into it as well, along with their oh so mighty Devil attorneys for the rest of their lives. Think I jest? Try me.

Get ready fellas. This is just the beginning.

When I get done, people are going to know who you guys are all over this city, in bars, restaurants, stores, hotels, your neighborhood, etc. They may not care. Neither do I.

The only way this Ripoff Report will be retracted is if the CEO of this company immediately fires these 2 demons or retracts the false trespassing complaint from the police, and has them tell the truth that they never called when I was there, knew I had left, saw me walking away, and across the street, and that I went to talk to the police officer first. If that doesnt happen, the CEO's neighborhood will be dealt with the same materials as well and his name will be damaged personally with all around him showing them the truth of the filth that he runs.

After all, he is the Chief Devil, and the company is what it is because of him, and hires evil Devils because of the manner in which he operates and tolerates. After all, it isnt just me, one of their own former employees told me (on my life) exactly what they were and that is why he left them.

Ive learned in life, the crap usually comes from the top. Want to play little CEO boy? Im ready.

I already know what is going to happen to people that commit that most heinous act that these 2 evil punks do. They shall be no more, even if they live to 90---Karma is on the way.

That part is true, and I'm d**n proud of it, as I got that way, because of the way he talked to me, and when he said "those are the rules" in his abusive, short, domineering fashion, rather than listening to what I was trying to tell him, and discussing it like a calm person slowly like many do, even if he had something different to say.

You see, Im all about making a point. All I had to do was make the call and get the full coverage on the policy. Most nothings would have just done that. But when were were discussing the credit card insurance and this clueless dweeb was using words that he doesnt even know what they mean, I felt the need to correct him, and explain to him the way it worked, and what secondary was and wasnt.

Its THE WAY HE ACTED and got nasty and short and arrgant and obnoxious for no reason that caused the problem. The full coverage wasnt the problem at all, either with my own company in less than 3 minutes, or the credit card coverage.

Unlike chumps, and passive little pussies, I dont let uneducated, poorly trained, lying, moron, crooked punks like Miguel abuse me, dominate me, be mean to me, not be calm and professional with me, talk down to me, lay the law down for me in his nasty way, or anything else. There is a right way and a wrong way. There is an intelligent, slow way to communicate. He is incapable of that and then expects people to eat his crap.

Go to some chump to eat your crap. I have zero tolerance for people like you.

He has lived his whole life that way, and others take it. I dont. I have lived my whole life dealing with filth like this.

He got away with it his entire existence due to wimps that put up with the creep, and walk away and tolerate this juvenile delinquent. He just crossed the person who is going to change his life.

The most important part of this complaint is that they lied in the most vicious way and damaged someone forever because of it.

They are about to see what loud is, and their worst dreams are about to become reality. It may take some time, but thats ok. Ive got plenty of time, and what they did to me, falsely, is forever, that I can never fix, so what I am going to do to them and their CEO is forever as well. FOREVER.

For what you did to damage my civil rights, and lied in a way that damages a person permanently, your lives will never be the same as long as I take breath.
