Ez van lines moving company Company did not show up 2 days in a row could not reach dispatcher. They never produced insurance forms they left me stranded. Did you notice they aren't movers?

Went to the website you provided and they even have a written disclaimer on the home page that they do not move consumer goods. It is in the lower right corner of the webpage. That whole website makes you assume they are movers until you read that very small type at the bottom of the page. This is a classic deception employed by many moving brokers...that don't actually move your goods.
I am not defending them by any means. Just pointing out to you that you didn't hire movers at all. You hired someone to introduce you to a mover for a fee. They apparently can get away with this by calling themselves a moving broker.
My best advice is to deal directly with a mover and make your contact with someone that can perform the services you need. The moving industry is full of scammers (moving brokers). Look up the questions you need to ask so you don't get ripped off in the future.
