EZdropshipper aka Salco is a very stressful place to do business with. I looked through the site, decided to buy some items in bulk and carefully made sure I checked their in stock inventory. My goal was to test them out and buy directly before I attempted to use their drop shipping services. GOOD IDEA! Took me over a month longer than they promised to get the last item I wanted! By then my credit card was already involved and favored me in my dispute, but they still are prolonging the drama! BEWARE!!!!

After making my purchase, most of the items did not arrive in my shipment. Then I start getting emails a few weeks later showing new charges for more shipping because some of the items were not in stock like they said on their website AND on the phone, and therefore new shipping had to be charged. I never authorized this charge. They also recharged me for some items when they "reordered" but reverse some of those charges, it was still stressful that they used my card without my permission.

One of their items was not even ordered until a month after I thought I ordered it. I specifically called them in the days after my initial order and said if you do not have these items in stock like you said you did, cancel the order and refund me. They refused, (even though someone told me they were already on the way - it was just a shady way or them to buy time). I find out about a month later that they were just waiting for it to come in stock and then they shipped the item and charged me for new shipping! Unfortunately even my credit card company couldn't reverse that charge!

LIES LIES AND MORE LIES! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I filed a dispute with my credit card, won, and guess what? They ended being sneaky and giving me extra credit back... just so they can have their turn at filing a dispute to continue my stress. So now I have to wait for them to redispute their extra credit (they're doing this to make me go through more headache now since they're upset that my credit card is making them refund their shipping charges as well) and now I have to monitor their excessive credits.

TERRIBLE company, lying to people about an item being in stock just to get their payment is the lowest level you can goto in the retail world.

Ezdropshipper.com has been in business 15 years providing drop shipping services for online and wholesale customers. We have been never been listed on this site so we must respond at point out the facts and refer anyone to our record with the BBB.

We ship from several warehouses around the country and do not charge a customers credit card until the product ships. I you place an order for 10 products some may come from two or three warehouses. It's only fair to the customer to charge when product has shipped. You authorized a total charge including shipping and I would imagine that the total of charges equal the amount you authorized.

Our inventory is a live feed to our webite not sure how valid your point is there.

You do not mention asking for an RMA, your name, products , what the "excessive charges were" or any real details that I can follow up with. Your post is confusing and vague to offer any real help. Perhaps you can contact some here directly.
