This account was opened fraudulently in my name. I called several times to cancel this account however it took me alot of calls to get my 1 refund of $39.90 back. I called today (8/11/2008) before 4:00 pm ET and a lady named Kim which is a supervisor told me she's going to put in for a refund so hold on and we got disconnected. I called back but it took to long to get an answer so I hung up. I had to do other business. I called again at 7:28 pm ET and got a live person and she suppose to be canceling account and putting in for a refund of $39.90 but I want all my money back. I was told I can't get the first charge of $2.95 back however I explained to several customer service people that I didn't start this account. I talked to my bank and they acted like they don't want to help and put this as fraud. They said they need a confirmation number. I have 2 cancellation numbers for this one account. I really hope this country start treating Identity Thief serious. 2 times $39.90 was taken out of my account. I canceled the card they're billing and getting a new one sent to me. Beware of all the scams in this world.
