I never received the two ink cartridges that I ordered on 03/07/2007.I have contacted them four times via email and they never responded. Their policy claims that they will respond to emails within 24 to 48 hours.

According to them, the items were shipped on the same day, (03/07/2007) as I ordered. Their shipping policy is a 7 to 10 delivery via U S Postal Services.

I contacted their Customer Service Dept. twice via a toll calls and they insisted that the items were shipped on 03/09/07 and are in transit.

My debit card account was debited for the items on the same day as I placed my order.
