EZinkjets.com ripoff Chatsworth California

I ordered an ink cartridge on 6-4-06 using my cc, there shipping section states that most orders are shipped within 2 or 3 days so I waited 4 days and went back to my account on the site and sure enough it said it had been shipped. I waited and I waited and finally on 6-20-06 they sent me an email that said they had just shipped my package.

sure enough I recieved the package on 6-22-06. I opened it up put the ink cartridge in my printer and guess what there is a short in the cartridge. I will have to pay the shipping cost to send it back and not be compensated for it. Not to mention they never offer anything to compensate you for your inconvenience. (in my opinion a good company would) they dont respond to emails and "customer service" is snotty and not very helpful.

Personaly I am chalking this one up as a loss of 19.99 and moving on with my life, which will include a trip to my local store to buy ink for my printer. To those of you who are thinking about ordering from this company I wish you the best of luck and I will pray for you that your experience will be better than mine. BUYER BEWARE!
