My family dealt with this company through Ebay. Ebay was not aware the company had an F rating at the time. We ordered a $70.00 Wii fit from them. They promise 24 hour shipment of their items but after two weeks we ran the tracking number. The number turned out to be a fake number and they never sent the item after they took our money. We wrote them over and over. Nothing. Our daughters birthday long passed we called Ebay to complain. Two days later they e-mailed us that they had sent the item. We left negative feedback and boom! The next day the package they "sent" was suddenly in their warehouse somewhere and they would get it to us soon. So they lied about sending it after two weeks. It was obvious that they lied about sendning it AGAIN and then decided to mess with us by keeping our money as well as the Wii fit for as long as they felt like it. We had to call ebay again and file an escalation report, foward the F BBB rating to Ebay that they were not aware of. After two hours wasted on phone calls and e-mails we will end up NOT getting our item and have to go through even more hassels to get our money refunded. Because of this company it could be a month and a half before our daughter gets her Birthday present as it takes time to get money refunded due to a company's misconduct. All told we should have simply payed the extra $20.00 to get it at Toys R us. Buyer beware! this company is a nightmare to deal with. They have NO morals. An F BBB rating is no joke!
