I went to this ezmoney LOAN services at 1205 W. Adams Avenue, Temple, TX 76501 (254) 778-6933 after being discriminated against in hiring processes in Temple, Texas with 3 major university degrees and applied for a loan because I am in financial troubles such as student loans.

I requested/asked for a loan with the better option and I was denied that smaller payment plan option. Because all of my bills are piling up or being cut off, out of desperation (while looking for a job online and going through interviews to no avail) I followed an associates advice and the advice of this company to take out a loan. The people that I requested to get the loan from set me up for the failure and left the scene of this city and passed the game on to a couple of Mexicans females who are milking customers for double the dose of a small loan every month or they will be threatened with jail and all of their bank account money will be cleaned out with NO MERCY!!

Of course, I asked a lot of questions and the female that worked with me told me that she would make sure that the option that I was left with would not fail me but when I returned for me second time, the manager and that female (both) had left the scene of the financial crime and had two other females to replace them. This is the game that they run. They set you up and change faces on a client when the questioning becomes overbearing.

I took out that $300.00 loan which I was told and denied the right to use another payback option. Now these GET RICH QUICK loan sharks are keeping me real broke on a set income. I have to pay double back every month or ELSE. I now pay $135.00 every month which does not reduce that $300.00 loan given to me and I can't live like this. These people are money greedy.

I gave out the EARN CASH Rewards to people and left in businesses and I believe that they received a few of these referrals but left the scene so they would not have to pay/reward or face me and my questioning.

Monthly Payback Methods are DOUBLE on the INTEREST

AUTHOR: Beverly F - ()

POSTED: Friday, November 15, 2013

If a person borrows only $300.00, a one time payment, then they will have to pay $135.00 a month to ezMoney in Temple, TX which does NOT deduct any amount from the $300.00's borrowed. So thereby, this company is making BANK. $135.00 and the paying of $300.00 does not change is extreme RIPOFF! This $300.00 borrow could turn into a nightmare for the borrower, but a POT of GOLD for the company.

There were two options for borrowing, but I was denied the first option where the payback interest would have been much lower and easier to pay, but there were others who had this option. It took me around 6 weeks before I made this decision. I went in and out and back and forth to this company and I gathered information from a couple of regulars at the company and they told me that this company requests that you pay DOUBLE and you cannot get out of the hole and there will be extreme harassments and penalites beyond your imagination. (after the fact) I was told something different in the beginning because they wanted the $25.00 referral fee.

It is hard to tell if the company is paying a person the $25.00 referral fees when they are not present with the referred customer as well.

There is a lot going on in your story

Your post was not well written at all. I am surprised because you state that you have "3 major university degrees". If you are being truthful, then you need to go back and sue the university(s) for allowing you to graduate. However, I suspect that the "3 major university degrees" are, at best, an exaggeration.

Why do I bother to mention this point? Because it brings doubt to the rest of your report.

If you borrowed the money from one of those high interest payday type loan places, then surely you would have read the loan terms before signing the contract, right? After all, a university graduate would make sure they aren't getting a raw deal with the loan. Or, if you have the education you claim, at least understand what the terms are in the repayment agreement. If you don't like the terms in the contract, then don't sign it and don't borrow the funds.

It doesn't matter who is at the countertop when you borrow the funds. The written contract is what governs your repayment terms. So throwing in a red herring argument about different people being there when you returned is not germane to the report at all. As an educated person, you know this but used it to distract from your culpability in this transaction.

It is very simple: you borrowed the money; you signed a contract to repay it; and, now you don't want to repay the money because it is inconvenient. Grow up.
