Hi. I bought from this company security cameras system. I payd 308 $ for express shipping via UPS. on web site is guaranted 1-3 days! after 8 days I contact live help from this company. In chat someone told me -we don't know whene will be your system in our warehouse. and promise me we will contact you via phone. nobody contact me then next day I contacted again live help from that web site. I spoke again about my order, why I still don't have my system. answer was same like day before- we dont know whene we will have your system in our warehouse. I said- I payd 308 $ for express shipping and I still have nothing !!! after I said- ok if you still don't have my system then refund full amount to my account and cancel my order. he said- ok I will cancel your order and you will recieve money within 24-48 hours. After one and half weeks I recieved letter from UPS then I have parcel there. Same day I contacted -ezwatchpro- how is possible this. if I already cancel my order week and half a go !!! between this I bought security system from another company !! and now this company charge myself over 500$ for shipping !!! I paid to this company 1107.25 $ and refund what manager write me in email is-575.67 $ . Is not fair I must pay big money for his mistake. Please if you can help me fight me money back, I will be more then appriciate. thanks a lot

Mr. Libusko purchased products from our on-line store. He chose UPS international shipping. As clearly detailed on our site, international shipping does not have a guaranteed delivery time due to the complexity of shipping to other countries (customs, flight times, time zones, weekends etc.). He made no attempt to cancel the order. He simply refused the order when it arrived. UPS charged us over $300 to return the product. No problem we understand that is a cost of doing business. We refunded Mr. Libusko the total sale price minus the shipping charges to him, as our return policy states that international shipping is not refundable. We then received several belligerent emails from Mr. Libusko demanding the shipping fees refunded as well. We would provide samples of the filth and the threats he sent but they surely would not be posted here. Even before he had posted this complaint we had also gone ahead and refunded the shipping cost to him as we value the impeccable reputation we have work so hard to build. In the end it makes you wonder who the victim is here. We operated in good faith. We followed written industry standards and policies for refunds, while the customer completely ignored his agreement to our policies and made no documented attempt to cancel the order. Who's the victim? It cost us $300, we now have beat-up product which must be sold as used and Mr. Libusko has his full refund. This posting is clearly unjust.
