Article about Allan Endresz, the owner of Ezybonds.

Here's another one on another site worth taking a look at:

Ezybonds is a complete internet scam. I believe Mr. Allan Endresz paid his debts using ezybonds account holder funds. He avoids sending people their money for multiple reasons.

Excuses about not paying which extend more than 7 months!!! (to date)

- Software Update

- Programming Issues

- Malfunctions needing to be addressed

- Foreign Exchange Calculations Unsustainable

- Compliance

- Jan 10 said he would send all funds because compliance issues cleared.

Feb 7 still he has not sent me a single penny of the money owed. The wait time exceeds 7 months from the original request for him to send the funds from my ezybonds account. Naturally a reputable service like PayPal takes a few days to process such a request.

"Mr Endresz said a debt of $390,000 that has been owing to the Bulldogs since 2008 should be paid by January."

He owes multiple people -- and I believe he's likely paying off this debt with other people's money that belongs in their ezybonds accounts.

Here are a few more things you need to know.

1. Allan Endresz (the owner of EzyBonds) has had multiple run-ins with regulators over the years.

2. He's sponsoring sports teams-- with who's money? Allan denies using ezybonds account holder's cash for this, but how do you explain selective payouts. Definitely a cash flow problem being attempted to be covered up by lies and excuses.

3. He was accused of fraud in the past

4. He's been banned from directing any business until 2021. It's basically illegal for him to be running ezybonds.

"31. Mr Allan Endresz has been involved in a variety of litigation, to some of which he specifically drew my attention, namely Australian Securities and Investment Commission v Forge [2002] NSWSC 760 (the 2002 NSW proceedings). In these proceedings, a number of the defendants were respondents. That decision reported evidence that Mr Allan Endresz had been convicted of certain offences under the Corporations Law 1989 (Cth) which led to him being disqualified from acting as a director of a company for a number of years. An appeal from that conviction was dismissed: Endresz v Whitehouse (1997) 24 ACSR 208 (though curiously the headnote to the report at (1997) 139 FLR 359 refers, quite wrongly, to the appeal being allowed)."

EzyBonds has been having issues completing withdrawals to their member's bank accounts since late June 2013.

Selective payments are going out to select individuals.

Allan Endresz is a liar, thief, fraudster, and in contempt of an injunction restricting him from directing or managing any business until 2021.

Please help get the word out to help save people from this scammer.

Investigating into the claims made by ezybonds

AUTHOR: Reporting For Truth - ()

Ezybonds owner Allan Endresz has been quoted to be withholding funds from AdHitProfits (among other account holders, and businesses), and claims they do not owe the money because they accuse AdHitProfits of running a pyramid scheme.

See Article:

Let's investigate this fully! Let's get to the TRUTH and see if Ezybonds & Mr. Allan Endresz are guilty of gross misconduct, and ultimately grand theft. Major crime?

How to spot a pyramid scheme:

It's a very simple and easy thing to spot when you know what you're looking for.

It's a selling scheme that doesn't have any real service, product, nor property for sale. It's only recruiting people into the scheme.

Let's consider 3 people, we'll call them A, B, and C

[A] sells the ability to get into the scheme to [B] who cannot refer anyone until [B] makes qualifying payment to [A]

Once [B] pays [A] to get involved in the scheme, [B] can now recruit [C] to make money. [B] can recruit an unlimited number of people into the scheme.

The reason this is illegal, is because the buyer actually receives nothing for their payment. The only way to benefit from their purchase is to recruit others.

Is this how AdHitProfits operates? No.

So is AdHitProfits a Pyramid Scheme?

No one makes a payment to another person. Each payment made is on a page offering an actual service. When a payment is made, the buyer receives the actual service.

It's clearly defined what the services are, and how to use them. If there are any questions about how to use the services, we have customer service that responds fast.

How earnings work:

Traffic exchanges are a well established service online, and have been online since before 2001. AdHitProfits is a traffic exchange.

On other traffic exchanges, people receive visitor credits as reward for surfing, which they can use to promote their own site.

They can buy more credits instead of having to surf to earn the credits.

AdHitProfits does that too, except as an additional reward for surfing a minimum number of ads, the clicker is able to receive a split of the site revenues.

This is legal. It's not a pyramid scheme.

10% commissions from each referral service purchase is legal too.

It's obvious, and if you really investigate the meaning of pyramid scheme, and compare with how adhitprofits works-- you'll find it does not match a pyramid scheme model.

There is not a $30,000 price tag for any service on AdHitProfits. If someone spent this amount of money on ad services, that was with their own free will.

No where on the site does it guarantee any daily returns-- although it does say we will share in whatever revenues we receive, an expectation to get rich quick is unrealistic.

During the beginning of any start-up business is a "new" wave of customers. During that new wave, there were some who treated AdHitProfits like an investment opportunity.

When the website launched, in the FAQ it specifically indicated the site is not an investment. The earnings disclaimer describes how earnings are generated, and places responsibility for earning on the person to work to earn commissions selling the ad services.

Some didn't read the site-- so Charles Scoville made videos indicating that it's not an investment. They didn't listen. Charles emailed members. They didn't read.

Skype group conversations were about this topic. Each time the conversation came up about investing, the reminder was given that this is not an investment, and shouldn't be treated like one.

Although sharing revenues exists, the focus should be on the services being offered, and make sure to use them for what they can do for people.

There are some who didn't understand the idea of buying service => and receiving the service they paid for.

They felt their money was "gone" -- but it's the same concept for someone going into a store and buying milk. Money was used in order to obtain milk.

Money was spent on AdHitProfits in order to receive ad services. Service was given to the buyer. Yes, revenues from their purchase were shared with everyone. This is legal to do.

Ezybonds evaluation that AdHitProfits is a pyramid scheme is baseless. It contains absolutely no substance nor evidence.

Mr. Allan Endresz has given reasons such as:
– Site upgrades
– Changing banks
– Changing processors
– Upgrading foreign exchange rates to ensure sustainability
– Upgrading their compliance policies

Accusing AdHitProfits of something illegal is simply another bit of garbage, and to use as excuse not to transfer other people funds-- placing some unsubstantiated blame upon Charles Scoville, which is absolutely unfounded.

Ezybonds excuses for not transferring funds are common to fraudsters who steal people's money. Everyone starts to wonder "where is my money" -- and get all kinds of excuses, delays, and failed promises.

AdHitProfits has real advertising services, which are used by thousands of customers every single day. They repeat purchase these services, because they are meeting the advertising needs of many.

Example of Allan Endresz Lying Is Here

AUTHOR: ezybonds - ()

Below you will see not only an outline indicating the false witness of Allan Endresz wrongly matching my business with an illegal business model, but also his own words making a promise he did not keep.
Hallmarks of a pyramid scheme (this should easily display that AdHitProfits is NOT a Pyramid Scheme):
*No genuine product or service. MLM programs involve selling a genuine product or service to people who are not in the program. Exercise caution if there is no underlying product or service being sold to others, or if what is being sold is speculative or appears inappropriately priced.
*Promises of high returns in a short time period. Be leery of pitches for exponential returns and "get rich quick" claims. High returns and fast cash in an MLM program may suggest that commissions are being paid out of money from new recruits rather than revenue generated by product sales.
*Easy money or passive income. Be wary if you are offered compensation in exchange for little work such as making payments, recruiting others, and placing advertisements.
*No demonstrated revenue from retail sales. Ask to see documents, such as financial statements audited by a certified public accountant (CPA), showing that the MLM company generates revenue from selling its products or services to people outside the program.
*Buy-in required. The goal of an MLM program is to sell products. Be careful if you are required to pay a buy-in to participate in the program, even if the buy-in is a nominal one-time or recurring fee (e.g., $10 or $10/month).
*Complex commission structure. Be concerned unless commissions are based on products or services that you or your recruits sell to people outside the program. If you do not understand how you will be compensated, be cautious.
*Emphasis on recruiting. If a program primarily focuses on recruiting others to join the program for a fee, it is likely a pyramid scheme. Be skeptical if you will receive more compensation for recruiting others than for product sales.
The difference. AdHitProfits HAS a genuine service. Buyers DO receive visitors to their website. Many of the advertisers recognize the sheer quality of our services, due to the large number of visitors they can place their ads in front of, and the low expense of high volume visitors to their websites which have generated sign-ups and sales for their offers.
There is no promise of high and fast returns. Never has the website nor myself ever published any guaranteed amount of revenues one would receive in a day, only that they would receive a portion of whatever sales occurred that day. There's also no guarantee in results from using our ad services, other than visitors would view their ads and visit their website. We cannot guarantee the actions of another, nor predict the sales of the future.
Although it is easy to earn by clicking ads, there is no emphasis on "recruiting" in fact, the website says no referring is required to earn from clicking on ads.
Revenues only come from retail sales of services. There is absolute retail value of our services, and the pricing of our services competitive with other advertising services.
There is NO buy-in required to sell services and earn commissions.
The commission structure is simple and easy to understand. 10% commissions on all referral sales.
Again, there is NO emphasis on recruiting. Only it has been discussed that for those who want to earn more, they can by simply working for it through selling the services we offer.
I can't stress enough, that the pricing of our services are appropriately priced, and in many cases save our buyers money from other competing offers, and provide better results.
Allan Endresz is grasping at straws.. he's blaming me for his payout issues
he thinks that because my blog or videos are online that it's keeping him from being able to pay
http://www.paypalsucks.com is online, but .. paypal pays out just fine. Limited accounts at PayPal ALL get the money inside them after a 6 month maximum hold.
No legitimate money transfer service would withhold a money transfer from being completed simply because of online content, especially since the content was published AFTER not receiving money for over 6 months.
I've also promised, and signed notarized document, indicating removing negative experiences online after receiving transfer. You approved the documents, and said transfer would be done! If transfer is never received, the amount of content, the number of websites, the desire to make sure others don't fall in a trap will only grow more and more.
Ezybonds was once listed as a paypal alternative on paypalsucks.com .. but it's no longer there, because ezybonds is not a reliable company.
- Their multi-leveled referral program pays portions of transaction fees on more than 1 level deep. Did they setup their compensation plan for referring merchants in a non-sustainable, unstable way ??
In truth, I caused no damage to ezybonds. Ezybonds caused damage to their own reputation by not transferring people their money. I simply am open to tell the world of the problems I experienced with ezybonds with the desire to save people from having that same experience.
If you're going to use a youtube video as evidence (although their claim is false) -- Here are two people on Youtube using adhitprofits services who have recorded videos testifying of the quality of adhitprofits advertising services:
http://youtu.be/VrKquxhesUA (Video From Member #1)
http://youtu.be/2mH1iSoGvdw (Video From Member #2)
The real evidence is found on how we actually conduct our business, (not opinion) and how different that really is from the pyramid scheme business model. I've outlined multiple times how my business works. It's on the "how it works" page, and it clearly is not a match to a pyramid scheme, nor a ponzi (we dont pay interest on an investment.. NO "fixed" guaranteed rate of earnings, so by definition not a ponzi for sure!). Anyone with basic elementary matching skills can see this is not a match to either of those definitions.
We do not sell "gains" -- we sell advertising services. Although there is opportunity for people to earn, our earnings disclaimer clearly outlines that earning is up to the member's hard work. We're not an investment scheme.
Like I said before. The information posted on the internet about ezybonds was collected by my personal experience, and information about Allan Endresz found in court documents, and other people's experiences with him and his ezybonds.
The true damage to ezybonds reputation has been caused by the way Allan conducts his business. I didn't (obviously) affect the original issues starting a year ago. He said he was creating a faster withdrawal system, which would be installed and ready soon. Everyone waited, but after the months went by... it started to become clear. Allan Endresz was simply lying.
Reading through court documents, it appears Allan Endresz has made several attempts to lie in court. Of course he would lie via email too. He's a plain flat out liar. He's earned his bad reputation. I'm willing to forgive, remove online content, and publish positive comments when transfer is received, but Allan keeps coming up with reasons for not transferring the funds that belong to me and my business.
Remember this lie? Allan's words below were not measured full.
Dear Charles,

Thank you for your email. We are pleased to confirm that the documents were received by the Albury office from DHL on 8th April 2014.

As advised previously, the funds will be transfered 14 days from receipt and confirmation will be provided accordingly. Once the funds have been sent to your validated bank account, your Ezyaccount will be closed.

Thanking you

Update: Albury-Wodonga Resident & Hoppers Footy Sponsor Allan Endresz Scams Big With Ezybonds

AUTHOR: ezybonds - ()

I wish to provide an update to all who read this and want to know the truth.

Read twitter history between Allan Endresz and myself here.

(click view conversation)

Warning, reading the contents of the discussion might make you feel sick.

Allan Endresz claims I haven't submitted statutory compliance documents.

The compliance documents which are standard:
Articles of Organization
Certificate of Existence
Driver's License
Utility Bill
Bank Verification
These have all been provided, so his claim  that I haven't provided compliance documents makes it appear that I haven't provided these standard documents.

What he's asking for is not found within any statute.

1. An in depth analysis of your business operations provided by a registered chartered accountant.
2. A letter from both a "state" and "federal" regulatory body addressed to both yourself and Ad HitProfits, LLC verifying that your business is legitimate and not operating a prohibited business practice, i.e. pyramid selling scheme
3. A letter from your bank manager (being the bank account validated in your Ezyaccount) verifying that the bank is fully aware of your business operations and prepared to accept wire transfers from Ezybonds.
There is no statute anywhere that requires these requirements to be met for KYC compliance.
When asking him to provide the statute requiring these things before he releases funds -- he begins name calling, and changing the subject to something else.
This alone is a poor business practice.
He claims I run a pyramid scheme.
"Pyramid scheme" means any sales device or plan under which a person gives consideration to another person in exchange for compensation or the right to receive compensation which is derived primarily from the introduction of other persons into the sales device or plan rather than from the sale of goods, services, or other property.
Adhitprofits absolutely sells true and verifiable advertising services.
When people buy a traffic campaign, bit.ly tracking links can help verify that true visitors are being delivered.
When people buy banners, the same thing can be done. The clicks purchased can be verified delivered with a tracking link or mechanism.
When people buy a topic in the forum, it's often noticed in the first few results in a google search.
When a customer purchases service, they do not pay another person in exchange for the ability to introduce another to the services offered on AdHitProfits.
No purchase is necessary to sell the services we offer for a commission.
When a customer purchases service, they receive their purchase instantly to their account.
There are 10 services available which cost money.
There are 2 services currently which are free to use without purchase.
In terms of the Utah's Pyramid Scheme definition, it tells us that adhitprofits would be a pyramid scheme if payment was made to another person in exchange for the ability to receive compensation for simply introducing another to adhitprofits, rather than from a sale of actual advertising service.
AdHitProfits has a true service, and there is no membership recruiting fee nor commission which anyone would collect for referring another.
The idea here is that if someone wants to advertise on adhitprofits, then they'll need to pay for the service.
There are 2 services offered which provide the buyer with advertising service, and if they choose to click ads through the traffic exchange system within the member's area, they qualify for a share in revenues for 24 hours when a minimum number of ads are clicked up to a maximum amount per purchase.
According to the definition of pyramid scheme, compensation would be derived primarily from the introduction of other persons. In contrast to this portion of the definition: Those who purchase this service can actually begin receiving a share of site sales revenues without introducing another person to AdHitProfits, and earn also by clicking paid-to-click treasure chest ads.
==== Summary ====
3 main points why AdHitProfits does not match a pyramid scheme model.
1. Purchase of service is not required for anyone to receive sales commission compensation
2. Earnings are possible without referring anyone at all through clicking paid-to-click ads on the treasure chest, and receiving a share in site revenues.
3. The services purchased are absolutely real, and can be compared with buying billboard ads along a busy highway. Website visitor packages can be tracked as providing real visitors, and testimonials from buyers have indicated that true sign-ups have been generated for other offers, sites, and opportunities. In short, advertisers have increased their sales because of advertising on AdHitProfits.
Jason Gram is a football player once sponsored by Allan Endresz. He has unknowingly backed up Allan Endresz on twitter. Jason Gram claims ezybonds will have 52 million users within a year.  Their alexa traffic ranking does not support that belief.
I invited Jason Gram to defy the football player stereo type in this video:
I also made sure to educate Allan Endresz what a pyramid scheme is with this video:

Ezybonds PROOF of Harrassment and SCAM

AUTHOR: ezybonds - ()

I wish to respond to Allan Endresz's claim that I have not sent him my business documents.
I'm happy to provide (attached below) the email from ezymerchant.com when I first started-- I think this is important for you to fully see, learn, and recognize what's truly happening here.
The email indicates the application for being a certified merchant has been received, and includes the documents required to become certified. Until I send the documents, my account could not begin receiving payments from my customers.
By definition-- because my account was enabled to receive payments from customers, it is evidence that the required documents were received, reviewed, and approved.
Allan Endresz has placed additional requirements for me to obtain the funds that belong to me and my business with the intention to block off all attempts of gaining access to the funds that are contained within my account.
This comes after lengthy delays due to technical issues, excuses, and promises. In context, it does appear he is wiggling out of his responsibility to send me the money that belongs to me and my business.
In his history I have found that he has wiggled out of sponsorship deals for sports teams, wiggled out of paying the Australian government back by suing them an about thousands of times larger than he owes the government, and also comment on the video I uploaded indicates that Allan Endresz has also given someone else the run-around owing them over AUD$50,000.
Allan Endresz has made claim that I am running an illegal business model, which is absolutely untrue-- and can easily be proven (not only by him really reviewing my business) by him contacting my state regulators. I requested them to provide me document of their findings, but they indicated to me that when no violation is found they simply close their file. There is no documentation they create for this, but they advised me to have Allan Endresz contact them himself to confirm that I'm in no violation of laws nor regulations.Allan will not do this, because his intention is to steal my company's money.
He's given me until the end of the month to produce document from both the state and federal regulators, a CPA, and my bank at which time he says I will forfeit my account balance.
He's been sending me several emails each day. Yesterday he sent me 17 emails containing the same message. Today he's sent 12 containing the same message. He's harassing me to send him my company documents, but the documents he's asking for are not company identification documents to confirm who I am. He's made such claims that I am involved in money laundering, which is absolutely crazy to say.
Best Regards,
Charles S****

EzyBonds Owner Allan Endresz Steals

AUTHOR: ezybonds - ()

Allan Endresz is NOT a regulator, so I don't know why he thinks he's justified in his actions. REAL regulators have already reviewed my business, and found my business legitimate.
REAL regulators have reviewed Allan Endresz and found him to be a fraud, and banned him from doing business.
Allan Endresz is simply attempting to defend himself by pointing fingers away from himself. This misdirection may cause some to be confused, but here's the facts.
My Business

1. It's legal to sell ad service.
2. It's legal to offer commissions
3. It's legal to use company profits how I see fit -- so if I choose to give to people on my website a portion of revenues as reward for clicking ads (in addition to the reward of receiving website traffic) then that's within my right
4. Setting a maximum clickers receive in revenues based upon their purchases is also within my right.
5. There is no required license for selling advertising services online.
6. Everyone's purchase has been delivered or made available for use as described
7. No one has ever waited longer than 12 hours for commission payouts.

Allan Endresz Business hasn't paid me in over 7 months.

To recap.. Reasons why ezybonds has failed to send me any money from my ezybonds account...

1. Software upgrade
2. Programming issues associated with the upgrade.
3. Foreign exchange rates not sutainable-- having to reconfigure the exchange rate calculator.
4. Compliance (ezybond's compliance)
5. Whether what AdHitProfits is doing is legal.
6. Withdrawal being investigated by "authorities"
7. Compliance

Jan 1, 2014 Allan Endresz sent an email indicating all compliance issues were cleared and pending withdrawals would be paid. Over 1 month since then, he's not yet paid, although he pretended that he did. Now he's telling me there is something wrong with my business-- really only to misdirect the true problem within his own business.

I do know that you have lied to me multiple times, including email indicating that the funds have been sent to my bank. When I didn't receive the funds to my bank, you said a trace was being done. You followed up to ask me if I received the funds and asked me to please contact support when I received them. Now you've confirmed that you never sent them. You pretended to send them!
Here's what Allan Endresz says he needs. (on top of a long list of reasons for delays already! spanning over 7 months!)
1. Source of Funds declaration
==>> He's the payment processor. He knows better than anyone where the funds are coming from. When a payment was received, it came through a payment button on my site. My site sells advertising services. His company received the funds from my customers, and placed them in an account for me. I don't feel I need to declare to ezybonds where the funds came from, because they know!
Customers => Bank => Ezybonds -- used ezybonds account balances to send funds to my account balances using a payment button of services on my website.
2. Certificate of incumbency
==>> This is available on my website for the public to view
State record here:
I'm the sole owner of this company. Technically, I didn't even need to register in the State of Utah because I can be a sole proprietor if I so choose. No legal documentation is required. I've provided the document already.
3. An in depth analysis of your business operations provided by a registered chartered accountant.
==>> I've provided an in depth explanation of my business model already. If you've lost it, I can resend the details to you, but it's also contained on my website under "How It Works," About / Terms / Agreement / Privacy / Faq.
As far as needing a CPA to review accounting within my business and sending him notarized report. The transactions occurring within his system are fully documented already by his system, therefore there is no need for a CPA to review beyond his own system reporting what is there on my account.
4. A letter from both the state and federal regulator body addressed to both yourself and AdHitProfits verifying that your business is legitimate.
==>> Companies don't generally have this. Yes, my State has reviewed my business because a customer reported my business as a ponzi because they didn't get a refund. Their claim was proven false. I don't have to provide this. It's not a true legal requirement for you to send my account funds, especially since generally no one would have this unless they were reported to be reviewed.  If reviewed and found illegal, the website would be seized, and funds associated with the business seized by the government. So the very fact the website is not seized, and company assetts not frozen is proof I have been found legitimate.
5. A letter from your bank manager (being the bank account validated in your Ezyaccount) verifying that the bank is fully aware of your business operations and prepared to accept wire transfers from Ezybonds.
==>> You've already sent a test transaction to confirm my bank information. Yes, the bank has contacted me before from a transaction that was from SolidTrustPay. Their bank wires come from Australia, and my bank called and asked a couple of questions last year. No problem. No processor on the planet requires this.
Your reasons for holding onto my funds have been many. This is just another one of your reasons, based upon what you call is suspicious behavior. Withdrawing from your system is not suspicious. It's what all of your customers do.
I know I'm legal. I know I'm not getting paid from ezybonds. I know I'm not the only one having problems with ezybonds. His attack against me and my business is unfounded, and merely designed to point fingers away from himself. No other processor I use behaves like Allan Endresz and his scam ezybonds.
Support rep Lewis Reid on skype said the following---
[10/27/2013 6:02:30 PM] Lewis Reid - Ezybonds Support: I have money that has not been withdrawn in the correct time frame noted by Admin. Nowhere near as big or as longer time as your issue. Although the timing issue of your payment is indefensible  by Ezybonds, I am confident once the issue is solved, the money will be released to you. After knowing Allan a long time I came on board with Ezybonds to help make it an operating business. We are not there yet. And I am very sorry that you have been caught up in it, while we sort out our [censored]. Lew

Allan Endresz proves my point that he's a scammer

AUTHOR: ezybonds - ()

Mr. Allan Endresz,

Thank you SO MUCH for confirming the amount and the fact that you haven't sent me any money from my ezybonds account.

-- You have my driver's license

-- You have a utility bill

-- You have confirmed my bank information

-- You have my registration documentation

-- You have details of the services I offer

-- You have the organization of how everything works

-- You can verify that I'm not a terorist, not involved with terrorist groups, and not from a terrorist country.

I don't have to give you a full notarized audit of my finances from a CPA. You say the suspicious activity is a withdrawal of funds from my account. I don't have to send you regulatory reviews. All of what you need to confirm my identity has already been made available to you.

NEWS FLASH -- Sending/Receiving money is your business, so it isn't suspicious for someone to withdraw their account balances, nor any amount from their balance.

You proved my claim completely in your statement that you're a fraudulent company that doesn't pay :-)

You take an offensive position in your defense. I know you're using this tactic simply to misdirect the actual problem within your own business.

The actual problem originally started long ago under multiple different reasons for delays, but the problem is the same.

Let's explore what you're saying, though---

Let's put it this way. If the SEC were to review my business (like the state of Utah already has) and found my business illegal, then they would freeze my accounts and seize the funds from ezybonds.  So if I request the funds from ezybonds, and I am truly doing something illegal, then the SEC will take care of the situation for you. They'd seize the funds, and make sure necessary actions are taken. (obviously)

I know that you (Allan) is trying APPEAR like you're playing God here-- You (Allan) don't have the capacity to understand how my business model works, because (even after sending you multiple documents [and video] to help you understand such a simple business model) you still want to claim it's not compliant.

-- I already know this claim Allan Endresz has made is an unfounded and non-grounded attempt at delaying process of my payment -- the original issues with ezybonds are on-going since June 2013 experienced by multiple individuals, and the funds that belong in my account have likely been misused by Allan Endresz.--

[1/29/2014 12:44:12 AM] Helen Pryor: Charles - am home from holidays.  I don't have access to the inside of Ezybonds Inc (Allan's company that provides the technology) so it is hard for me to give you hard info.  However, I do believe that all will be OK in time.  I am not sure of the why funds are held up but I do know that the Directors of Ezybonds UK PLC are making some significant forward plans for the Company listing.    Mark Dever and Evelyn are not - or ever have been ACM's - they offered to work with Dianne as she had been involved with them before.  Both were looking for a quick $$$ return but were not prepared to put in the time to learn about the systems and technology, so I would not put much weight on their decision making.  There are some significant businessmen (lawyers, accountants, economists etc) who are investors in Ezybonds and we are all very frustrated with Allan but believe that once Ezybonds UK PLC is on AIM we will all see some fantastic returns as there are some amazing technology advantages with Ezybonds.  We are hanging in there and hope that once everything is sorted we will all be OK.  When Phil and I come to the US in May, I am hoping that we will have a new business opportunity for you.  Hopefully we can partner in something exciting.   Helen

So Allan, how about this-- send the funds.. report to the SEC.. and if the SEC deems my business illegal, they'll seize the money.. and send me to jail.  It's not your (Allan Endresz's) place to do anything that you're doing. (more like pretend to be doing)

Yes, know your customers. He (Allan) has my information, my driver's license image, and my address-- I sent him a copy of my utility bill to confirm my address.

Customers that made payments to me-- he also would need to review who they are.  Yes .. knowing his customers to ensure we aren't associated with terrorist groups. They have lists of groups and individuals. I'm not on those lists, nor am I living in a known terrorist country.

If there was money laundering, it would basically be within his own system, because funds being transfered to me came from people who had funds already within the ezybonds system -- which were received by ezybonds from customer bank wires or bank deposits... so there's absolutely no funds which were originally fraudulent entering into ezybonds system and then sent to me as payment for advertising services.

This whole thing is ridiculous and his attempt to weasel out of sending money that belongs to me and my business.

If he really thought I was doing something illegal, the best thing he could do is send me the money, because then flags would be raised by the banks, and regulators would be reviewing the transactions-- after sending, he could contact the  SEC to ensure they knew of the transaction just sent to me and my business, to ensure they reviewed my business.

He's simply acting like a thief withholding funds for multiple reasons-- one after another he has yet another..

His intent is to steal from my business. Obviously he has no intention to send the funds in context of all the previous long string of reasons for not sending the funds.. this position he's taking is unfounded, and simply the attempt to "defend with a good offense" -- but in his case, it's an unfounded offense .. obviously unfounded because there have been 3 regulators already review my business.  He's welcome to send to the SEC for another review. I know I'm operating completely legally.. his withholding my funds is complete internet fraud.

my point. he's acting like God here, and it's not his place to act the part of regulator.

yes, know his customers-- he knows me.. he knows the website I'm receiving payments for.. he knows the services I'm offering.. he knows my name, address, phone number, confirmed with driver's license and utility bill

He has full outline of my compensation plan.. how it works.

He knows his customer. Asking for more is simply not his right.

he's asking me to provide full accounting information notarized and prepared by a CPA

that's not within his rights.

He knows how the funds entered his system to ensure no money laundering.. he received the bank transfers/deposits/wires and placed them on his customer's accounts

he knows the funds aren't fraudulent being cleaned through another way, because I only allow people to withdraw using ezybonds who used ezybonds to make purchases.. so there's absolutely no money laundering going on

I'm not part of a terrorist group-- nor am I a terrorist

so obviously he's got no moral ground to stand on here with this... no valid reason for withholding funds-- because by sending, if I was truly illegal, he would be committing an action to shut me down and send me to jail.

he's not sending the money because either he doesn't have it, or he's intending to steal it.

You see, here in the USA-- everyone has the right to start a business

Sole proprietors simply begin by starting business. Look it up-- State of Utah Sole Proprietorship

- No license is required for that.

- No approval necessary

So requiring me to send him regulator review confirmation is unnecessary, because in most cases it wouldn't have happened.

I've provided my registration-- although it's not required, I decided to register as an LLC.

Logical Reasoning:

So let's assume no one ever reported me to a regulator.

I'd have nothing to give him

Let's now go the other way... someone reported me and I was found illegal

They'd seize my website and funds from my business

so you see? logically-- requiring this doesn't make sense

Because on 1 hand.. it's not available... and on the other-- if it was done, and I am still in business--- then by very nature of me being in operation indicates I have been found legal.

As far as needing a CPA to review accounting within my business and sending him notarized report. The transactions occurring within his system are fully documented already by his system, therefore there is no need for a CPA to review beyond his own system reporting what is there on my account.

This requirement is further illustration to Allan's weaseling behavior.

Again, he's trying to defend his long string of excuses for not sending me the money that belongs to me and my business by attacking me and my business as being the reason he's not sending the money.

Those with eyes, let them see. Those with ears, let them hear.

Explore his past legal history and you'll see that he's an argumentative litigator in court, but the bottom line is-- he's been convicted of fraud, and banned from running businesses until 2021. He's so certain he'll win in his court case against the Australian Government for $4.3 BILLION, but he's blinded himself for over 15 years. He's not won a single penny, nor will he ever win. He owes the Australian Government $6 MILLION still unpaid, and I believe he attempts to rip people off using ezybonds with the intention to get "easy money" to pay off his debts.

Allan Endresz is a tricky thief

AUTHOR: ezybonds - ()

Additionally I would like for all readers to know...

I have provided Allan Endresz with all details of my business, including it's cleared inspection from the Utah Department of Commerce Division of Securities. He has access to all necessary documents that indicate I'm registered to do business, my address, contact info, and everything else about my business, what it is all about, services we offer, and how the compensation plan works.

(He's simply skirting the issue -- HE doesn't pay! He's attempting to defend hisself with an unfounded offensive position) Ultimately, a payment processor does not need to know full accounting information of my company. Ezybonds is not the government, regulator, nor anything else. Imagine sending/receiving funds from Western Union or PayPal and have them scrutinize the receival of funds for over 7 months?

It just wouldn't happen. Given the fact that Allan Endresz has had a string of previous reasons for not sending money, this appears to be ANOTHER EXCUSE. There is no guarantee that sending his requested information will yield in the delivery of funds. Again, I know I'm offering legitimate services and provide a legitimate compensation plan, because it truly has been reviewed by 3 regulatory bodies already.

I don't need to provide the details to PayPa, Payza, SolidTrustPay, nor EgoPay-- why should I send to a whole in the wall processor out of Australia? He's lost his credibility with me. He's lied once too many to me-- Bold face lies. He's not happy to share the content about himself on his website. I post a photo of me on my website, my home address, my documentation of being registered on my website.

His documentation has EXPIRED FOR NON PAYMENT !!!!!!

This shows the ezybonds patent has been ceased:

Reason: Did not pay a renewal fee within the prescribed time.

Ezybonds is a deregistered business in Australia. Reason? Didn't pay registration

Let's be honest here.
There's a lot of messing around on the part of Allan Endresz. If you review his legal history, you'll see how he attempts to use technicalities to get out of his personal responsibilities. In those court cases, the judge saw through those attempts transparently and Allan Endresz's attempts were thwarted.
Due to his unscrupulous activities, behaviors, morals, and ethics-- etc.. he's been banned from directing/managing a business until 2021. EzyBonds INC in Australia is the backbone of Ezybonds UK PLC.  If EzyBonds Inc didn't exist, neither would Ezybonds UK PLC. The fact here is this-- Allan Endresz is running an internet scam.
When contacting authorities about this, it's been found that Allan suddenly has moved Ezybonds Inc out of Australia, and "moved" to the Cook Islands. Think about that-- if he's fully compliant, fully legal, and doing things in the correct manner-- why is he running? He receives money that is to be sent to the intended receiver, however he (again) seeks out technicalities to get out of his responsibility to actually send the funds.
It's all over the place, with multiple resources indicating that Ezybonds is owned and managed by Allan Endresz. Not only is this a known fact by myself due to investigations into Ezybonds, but he's been the one signing emails from admin@ezybonds.com
Multiple other evidences of Allan Endresz being the owner of Ezybonds Inc can be provided. He's truly the director of this company in contempt of court injunction restricting him from being a director / manager of any company until 2021.
This purchasing of the large portion of company shares giving him ability to direct the company is simply his attempt at using a technicality or loop hole to skirt around legal restrictions. Helen has told me that the board has no actual control.
[10/28/2013 6:35:38 PM] Helen Pryor: Charles, I am exasperated beyond explanation with all of this.  It is all in Allan's hands and I cannot get a straight answer as to "when" your money will be back in your control.  After seeing this note from you, I have reached out to others at Ezybonds to try and get some info for you.  As soon as I have something I will advise.  As I explained to Dianne, until this is cleared up I just can't concentrate on anything else as it is just haunting me.  It is awful to be so helpless and to not be able to get straight answer for you.  With everything else piling on top I have been really sick for 3 weeks with pneumonia - not helped by stress!!  Charles the one thing I can tell you is that your money is OK, it is not "lost".
[9/4/2013 10:25:30 PM] Helen Pryor: Hi Charles,  I have followed up with Allan again and am really trying to get him to make this a priority now he is back in the office today.  My husband is a Director of Ezybonds UK PLC (the publicly listed Co) and I have asked if he and fellow Board Directors will apply some pressure to get this very serious situation sorted asap.
He has agreed that if it is not cleared in another 24 hours he will have a Skype call with other Directors to get some action in place.  Ezybonds Inc (Allan) is the technology provider and this is where the issue lies with a third party provider to Ezybonds Inc.  As soon as I get the next step sorted I will advise you.  Please let me know if funds clear.   I feel so powerless to meke anything happen and am ready to tear my hair out in frustration.  regards, Helen
[1/22/2014 3:15:25 AM] Helen Pryor: Charles, Phil and i are interstate on holidays and my internet access is variable.  Home on 29th.  Again, i believe that you have done nothing wrong and that Ezybonds Inc has held up your transfer for an unreasonable amount of time.  However, right now there is no more that i can do to pressure Allan.  I have pestered him one time too many and he is no longer returning my calls.  I still feel sure you will get your funds and Phil is hopingvto see Allan on 30th and will of course raise it again.  When Allan sorts all this out i just hope that all the changes and upgrades made will ensure thiscan never happen again.  You can trust that i will continue to get the right outcome for you.  Regards,  Helen
What I'm trying to figure out is-- was the intention of Ezybonds contacting me originally intended to scam me or not... because the original contact was from Evelyn Rosa, who never received a penny of commissions for signing me up. This gave me a cold realization that I have been working with a fraud internet company.
In attempt to get my company funds out of ezybonds, I have been given a string of excuses and reasons.
Including Ezybonds system issues:
[10/27/2013 7:39:12 PM] Lewis Reid - Ezybonds Support: Yes to that email address. Understand. Let's get this system working properly, then no more excuses. Lewis Reid has recognized that Allan is simply coming up with multiple excuses for not sending people their money.
If the backbone of Ezybonds UK PLC is Ezybonds Inc-- no business would transpire without it-- then ultimately the Ezybonds UK PLC is headed by Allan Endresz, because Ezybonds UK PLC would have no customers, no business, no revenues, and simply nothing without Ezybonds Inc-- which is owned and operated by Allan Endresz.
Technically Allan (in his tricky ways) doesn't own Ezybonds UK PLC but because he is the major share holder has all the say. So in that way, he is the director, although there is a board of directors who are essentially there to cover up for Allan Endresz's claim to having no ownership.
Very tricky!

Allan Endresz is a liar

AUTHOR: ezybonds - ()

Since you hold onto my company funds, I am within legal right to ask you to present evidence the funds are indeed there.

Not from one of your accountants-- because obviously it's been proven in court that you have your employees lie for you in court!

Why should I send you any further personal information than you already have. You're not a regulator, therefore you have no legal right to know anything beyond the fact that I am a legal company, and the transactions on my account were from selling a legitimate service.

You speak of compliance requiring these details, however-- I work with other processors who NEVER had delays like you have!  They have never asked me to provide any of the details you have required before you send me a single payment.

I realize you are selfish about your time. You care nothing about the amount of time I have wasted communicating with you and your staff, believing in the words from you and your staff, and the amount of time that has passed since July 14, 2013 when I originally requested my first withdrawal from ezybonds to be sent to my bank.

I give a string of reasons you've given as evidence that you are simply a liar. You have said you will send money after the system is fixed. You have said you will send the money after compliance issues are resolved. Compliance issues resolved, and all funds to be sent Jan 10, 2014.

Funds cleared my account, and sent to my bank. They never arrived, so a trace was done to determine where the funds were. Response to this from support told me the funds were sent, and to contact support when the funds arrived. Still no funds arrived.  I believed the funds were never sent!

You've now confirmed you never have sent the funds, which action confirms you've lied about sending originally, and the whole "trace" was a facade. Every other reason was a facade, just like your desire to have me send you accounting details of my business-- meanwhile, you restricted access to my ezybonds account--

Did you know that if you were as good as PayPal, you'd have already sent me the funds?  Also, if PayPal detects a business model is not what they want to do business with, they return all account funds after 6 months. Suspicious transactions. You're talking about the request to send me the funds that belong to my business. That's not suspicious. That's the nature of your business!

I accepted ezybonds as an e-currency on my website, and I never have had another processor indicate that a withdrawal is suspicious! This is the most ridiculous claim I've seen yet! Even after providing you all the compliance details, you continue to ask for more.

Let's get this straight..

1. Written correspondence from Allan Endresz apologizing for the delay, and confirmation payment will be sent Jan 10th 2014. Email indicated all compliance investigations in multiple juristictions had been completed, and that all outstanding transactions would be released.

2. Payment from ezybonds shows cleared, and confirmed by you also.

3. Request to confirm whether my bank received funds.

4. Indication now saying payment will not be sent be cause of compliance investigation. Interesting.

Past reasons for not sending payments:

- Software Update

- Programming Issues

- Malfunctions needing to be addressed

- Foreign Exchange Calculations Unsustainable

- Compliance

- Jan 10 said he would send all funds because compliance issues cleared.

- Now compliance again.......

I think any blind man can see you're a fraudster, thief, and a man of poor moral character.

Article Defamatory & Inaccurate

AUTHOR: Ezybonds - ()

My name is Allan Endresz and I am the subject of the original article written and posted by Mr Charles Scoville, owner of Ad Hit Profits, LLC.

This is my rebuttal.

Ezybonds has been operating since 2000 and is proud to offer its innovative transactional processing services. It is a global operation servicing over 40 countries with on-line, mobile, and retail transactions. (See www.ezybonds.com.)

It has developed sophisticated patented data protection software called "Splitcyrption" (See www.splitlock.com) and is a leader in e-commerce software systems.

As the founder of Ezybonds, it has been a long journey in globalizing the proprietary software and bringing it to market. This could not have been made possible without the significant financial backing of our investors. This support continues to this day where our expansion has seen new offices open in Australia, USA, Malaysia and Taiwan. We have now contracted global merchants with over 65 million members.

During the course of this journey, I have been engaged in numerous legal proceedings which has culminated in a $4.3 billion damages claim against the Australian Government. This claim has been reported for a number of years in the Australian Federal Budget as a quantifiable contingent liability. Pending the determination and quantum of these proceedings, my banning orders for managing companies remains.

It is noteworthy that I am the only Australian director banned despite 97% of shareholders of CTC Resources N.L. approving all transactions the subject of the orders. It is also interesting to note, that it is CTC Resources N.L. that has the $4.3 billion damages action against the Australian Government. You may come to your own conclusion. For me, I am extremely proud of these proceedings and will continue the litigation fight for all shareholders (onging for the past 15 years) until the $4.3 billion is paid and the banning orders overturned.

Issues Raised by Charles Scoville

Charles Scoville wrote this article in an attempt to deflect attention from his suspicious business operations in Ad Hit Profits, LLC. There is a saying, "People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones". Charles is doing exactly that.

Ezybonds must monitor, investigate and report all suspicious business practices and transactions to the regulators for anti money laundering and counter terrorism financing. This also entails a stringent background, "know your customer" and OFAC compliance check for all members and merchants using the Ezybonds services. During the course of this investigation of Charles and Ad Hit Profits, LLC, it was later discovered that he was party to an illegal pyramid selling scheme called TVI Express. After further investigation, Ad Hit Profits, LLC is now suspected of being a prohibited business or business practice.

Charles has been requested on numerous occassions to simply provide Ezybonds with a notarized signed declaration as to his source of funds and a letter from US State and Federal regulators proving that Ad Hit Profits, LLC is operating as a legitimate business and not a pyramid selling scheme.

To date, Charles has been extremely evasive and intent on damaging the business reputation of Ezybonds on the Internet. He has been advised that if this compliance information is not forthcoming by the end of February 2014, then his account balance in excess of USD$480,000 will be forfeited to enforcement authorities.

Unlike Charles, I am delighted for the entire world to review my background and legal proceedings. Under no circumstances will I jeopardize the $4.3 Billion damages claim for any merchant attempting to operate criminal enterprises contrary to global regulatory requires.

Charles, it is very simple. Deliver the documents as requested by EzyCompliance. If I was a member of AD Hit Profits, LLC, I would be asking the big question. Why hasn't Charles delivered the documents.
