Nicholas T. Cipolla was unfortunately referred to me by an old business colleague 5 years ago. At the time I was young and naive and trusted the person I worked with. What Nicholas T. Cipolla proceeded to do was prepare my tax returns for the years of 2005 and 2006 (the IRS later informed me and I quote, a child could have done a better job of filing a tax return). Needless to say I was audited, when I received the letter from the IRS I immediately called Nicholas Cipolla my accountant and person who prepared the returns to let him know. He proceeded to tell me he was taking care of it and made 4 different appointments during the course of 7 months with a Mrs. Jackson at the IRS and everything was under control.
This lie continued on for those 7 months and would have continued for longer had the IRS not notified me that no one had ever met with them or contacted them regarding my audit and that my assets would be frozen if I did not contact them immediately.
When I called the IRS I found out to my surprise that Nicholas Cipolla never called, met or contacted the IRS on my behalf and was making up malicious lies to prevent me from finding this information out. Nicholas Cipolla is a bad person who truly wants to hurt you and your family for a dollar. I tried filing complaints with NYS so other people would not have the experience I have dealt with, but there isn't an agency to file complaints with, unless you are a CPA. I have serious doubts Nicholas Cipolla ever passed a test to become a CPA.
My advice is stay as far away from him from Nicholas T. Cipolla and F & C consulting (which is simply Mr. Cipolla in a 1 room office alone). He is located at 2 Penn Plaza Suite 1500, his office # is 212-292-5063 his cell phone which was difficult for me to get being he doesn't return your calls after he screws you is 631-219-3747.

Nicolas Cipollas has done my business and professional taxes for years. He is a stellar accountant who is also a very caring human being. He is located at 2 PENN PLZ RM 2495 NEW YORK, NY 10121.
The consumer who complained is completely off in his assessemt of Nicolas Cipolla's work. First-class in every way. I would recommend him to ANYONE.

While I have no vested interest in Mr. Cipolla outside of the work that he has done for me, I do have 15 + years of experience working with him as my accountant. Firstly, he is a CPA and fully credentialed. Secondly, I think I would be a little quicker to trust him over the IRS, who conveniently forget that they have had multiple conversations - this is due to the bureaucracy and not necessarily because of lies.
My recommendation in the future is to use the conference call approach or at minimum get the phone numbers and names of the agents after the first, second and at least by the third phone call and confirm this yourself.
I also find it reprehensible that Ripoffreport would be willing to publish someones cell phone number, yet keep the complainants name encoded.
