I was looking for a Porsche Cayenne and found F4 Motors Online.  They had a great website and a couple of Porsche Cayenne’s that were priced well below other dealerships.  My impression from their website was that I was heading to a luxury car dealership. I made the long drive from Atlanta.  Driving down Atlanta Highway, I was expecting to find a luxury dealership, and ended up driving past the place.  What I found was a small corner lot dealership that looked more like a chop shop.  I should have kept driving, however I ended up pulling in a giving them a chance.  They had 2 Cayenne’s, a 2008 with 55K miles and a 2009 with 70K miles.  I first test-drove the 2009 and I wasn’t happy with the interior (the leather was in bad shape) and when I returned to the dealership I noticed the back of the drivers seat was detached.  I then went to the 2008, however when I went to test drive it there was a flat tire, so I had to wait to have the tire replaced.  I was planning on trading my 2005 Maserati Coupe (VIN #ZAMBC38A150017309) with 14.5K miles, so while I waited I had my car appraised.  Once the Cayenne came back I test-drove it, it had some major scratches on the steering wheel, the leather was not in great shape, but better than the 2009.  It was an extremely warm day, and when we returned I waited outside for what seemed like forever and finally we went into the office.  This place was a mess and there was no air conditioning (not what I would expect from a luxury car dealer).  I had my heart set on a Cayenne so when they gave me a fair offer for the Maserati, I went with the 2008 (Vin # XP1AA29PX8LA07754). We left the dealership late that night.  The next morning the problems began.  The Cayenne started making loud noises so I brought it into an auto repair shop.  The shop told me that it needed a drive shaft, but that it had bigger issues, the undercarriage was completely rusted and the rust was the type of rust you would find in a flood car.  I was instructed to return it.  The good news is that F4 offers a 5 day return, no questions asked.  I went to the dealership and returned the car, however Kashif Naviwala (owner), told me that my Maserati had been sold.  He unsuccessfully tried to have me consider another car from his lot, and when I refused, he offered to cut me a check for my Maserati.  I continued to ask for him to return the car, I didn’t want a check, I wanted my car so that when I found another vehicle I liked elsewhere, I could use it as leverage in my trade.  I kept telling me that he sold it, and finally agreed to cut me a check for the car.  I felt like I had no other options.  I was satisfied with the results, until the next day when he listed my car on his website.  I very angrily called him and he told me not to worry, it was a mistake.  I felt like he was being dishonest, so I kept monitoring his website and I was right, 3 weeks later the Maserati showed up on his website.  Now I am enraged.  I have researched him Kashif Naviwala and found his partner Shamim Akhar.  Also interesting is that I found F4 had only been open for a few months and both Kashif and Shamim have quite a reputation.  They have owned dealerships in the past like Atlanta Auto Lease and the Auto Exchange, and if you research these companies you will find many stories like mine.  When you read the reviews on F4, you will see a ton of 5 star reviews, which is strange for a dealership only open for a short time, also if you read these reviews, none of them make sense when you actually visit the dealership.  It’s a trashy chop shop, nothing else.  I recommend that you stay away from Kashif and F4, what they did to me was fraud and dishonest.  This place is a chop shop, if you are going to buy a luxury car, be smart, get it from a dealership.
