Fab Party Dress unresponsive, order not arrived, They say USA and Europe...but made in China Internet

I ordered a large number of dresses from FabPartyDress for a bridal party. Each dress was about $130-160 and I ordered 5 of them. I recieved three of the dresses in poor condition and two dresses I have yet to recieve.

The three dresses that I recieved were "custom" sizes. However, the dresses are far from fitting the bridesmaids, the colors are off and the sewing work is terrible! The sewing across the breast area looks as if it has been snagged all the way across, not to mention that snags elsewhere in the dress. I understand that the dresses may not always look exactly like the picture but goodness I at least wanted decent quality.

I emailed the company saying that I wanted to return them. They avoided my question and told me that I only had one dress and the other four were still being processed. I have three in my possesion. Two of them came in a DHL bag. In the DHL bag is said that there was only one dress and that it cost $70. What was actually in the DHL bag was two dresses which I paid $160 for each.

I emailed them again telling them to forget the refund and I just wanted to make sure the other two that I still needed were on the way.

The person who responded both times was extremely unprofessional but tried to reassure me that the dresses would arrive on the purposed date. They also told me that they would send a tracking number to me within 24 hours.

Three days later and two unreturned emails, I still have no tracking number and no dress (they were suppose to arrive today).

I am extremely annoyed because I paid a lot of money for these dresses and feel as though I will never see the two other dresses that I ordered.
