Gave Kevin a deposit for security gates back in February, promised they would be done and installed within two weeks. Excuse after excuse, cut his hand, truck broke down, he was sick, kid was sick, wife was sick, on and on. Told him I would come and pick up my gates and install my self, he kept making excuses that he wasn't home and had dogs. After more excuses I demanded my deposit back and keep getting more excuses, says he's working the rigs now and isn't home! I have talked to my lawyer and am now going to sue. Spoke to police as well and going to press charges as well, I want to work with him but just keep getting sob stories. I was able to get $300.00 of my $1400.00 back but being in the oil patch, that is a significant amount just to give away!

Finally recieved my deposit!

I finally recieved my full deposit back from Kevin Gregory or what ever name he is going by this week! Unfortunatley I had to contact a lawyer, contact the police, contact Global news trouble shooter and threaten to contact his familly members who's names are all listed on his facebook page. He changed his tume in a hurray once Global was involved, I will never give a deposit again without doing a criminal check, I thought googling his name and company name was suffice, was I wrong! Good luck to all out there that he has scammed!
