Beware of horrible scam landlord My landlord in blakeslee for 31 Beechwood road blakeslee, pa 18466 rented us the house he was not paying a mortgage for, on June 17, 2011 we received a sheriff at our door with the documents from Monroe county fourth third district serving papers to Mr. Fabian Vasquez that wellsfargo took out a civil action lawsuit for foreclosed..... Fabian Vasquez located at 782 George street Teaneck NJ 07666 was a landlord at 31 Beechwood rd blakeslee pa... We rented for about 6 months before I got a knock at my door from a sheriff asking for my landlord, after we told him we were tenants, the sheriff told us we might need a lawyer. Turns out the scam artist land lord renting 31 beechwood was in a civil action lawsuit with wellsfargo and had not paid his mortgage in over 1 year, he expected us to pay him and pocket the money. Well jokes on him I contacted an attorney who told me save our rent the next few months and move out because the house he owed and purchased was at $243,488.39.. This was rent to own option, thank god I never gave him that deposit, he would have pocketed that too.. Instead I got several months off rent and he couldn't do anything about it, because he wasn't paying mortgage in first place. The file to clear our name from being dead beat renters is sitting in Monroe county forty third judicial district of pa file number7228 CV 2010 file no 245776 Fabian Vasquez and his wife are horrible scam artist here to only rip you off do not rent any property from them ever!!!!

You rented for 18 months. You said sheriff was there six months but you still stayed another 12 months after. You never once complained to realtor about anything in property. You bounced 2 checks for 2 months straight, you were late 10 to 30 days or more for 12 out 14 months that you paid. You walked out not paying 4 months of rent. You legally signed clause/agreement that if you don't close on property within 1 year of renting you forfeit the security deposits of extra rents as part of me pulling the property off the market to rent/lease to buy, to your deadbeat scammers. You were aware that property was being modified. There was no hidden language and you leased with intent to buy because you did your own research about the area at that point of real estate market. Market crashed afterwards. Wells Fargo did refinance property knowing it was a rental with all leases and clauses while you were living there. So there was no hidden agenda.

Your both two loser deadbeats that took advantage and need to be exposed so you don't do this again. You were constantly late month after month making excuses. What right did you think you had in not paying rent?? Because you didn't like property after leasing and signing intent to buy clause???

I rented from March until July when we found out and in august we left how do I bounce 12-14 checks, infact you were paid with postal money orders.. So where are your records... You won't be able to come up with those. I suggest you get a much better education because your talking side ways out of your mouth and aren't you a police office you should be ashamed of yourself this is what we have protecting us ladies an gentlemen someone who's dishonest. We all know you lied to Wells Fargo, to get modification must be primary address so you lied in court of law already... Geez this is what Americas brought too!! Your home is not rented now, no one would rent before us, no one after us!! Now that I said my peace I'll ignore your lies you'll spew because everyone knows there's no way your story makes sEnce, and I'd be an idiot to pay you a penny!!!

Doesn't matter if you were modifying property you weren't paying your mortgage at that time and for a year before so, you were only able to modify if that's your primary home, not rental, which is what the property is. Anyone smart unlike this landlord would know its a lie to cover your own hide!!! You were trying to use our funds to fix your dead beat situation.... Nice we don't even know what you look like. you can't even get your facts straight notice the court order I attached... I don't know what you were trying to do behind scenes I know when the sheriff said to contact an attorney I did. And the attorney said your only allowed to modify if that's your permanent physical address, that if you can't make all past payments depending on how far behind you were or court may want you to pay up full balance. If you couldn't they'd offer us first dibs because we hadva lease. Your portraying you did all these great things, you did nothing, your faucets did not work in bathrooms, newly constructed house cabinets were falling off the walls, there was no insulation in house and ontop of it there was no land scraping just new poorly built poconos house where the advertised to after we found out low income families in the ny inner city families, your scamming hundreds of people with poorly built homes in which you stopped paying.... I have references from other people who'd say exact opposite... Check out Fabian Vasquez court documents I have attached and can be order through Monroe county, it doesn't matter what happen years later it mattered that while we were there the sheriff told us Fabian Vasquez was losing home to foreclosed . People understand you go into foreclosed for not month or two, we are talking years. You made your bed fabian lay in it alone don't involve innocent family with all the facts to your bs....that's what we call in America loser...

Your a liar call luis maldando who told us you were not paying mortgage, you did not refinance your wife was divorcing you. and dead beat funny how I'm in same house for years since I left your house the piece of crap that fell apart not build correctly as we were also in touch with the first realtor you used before Luis. Also there are several abandoned houses that are not holding their value. You were paid every month and on time until we learned you hadn't paid mortgage in over a year before we took house over. Also you were paid first and last months rent and security all which you kept because your a scam arrest Hence the court documents I uploaded. The only coward is you, take your calls, when did you call. Your coward who stood behind your realtor. don't spread false accusations you took advantage of a large family, and know you were in the wrong. Your a dead beat individual, your own wife sees through you good luck! By the way we own our home thank you no issues here..

Robert Roth and Mona Lee-Nonemaker made every excuse possible for their late payments and bounced checks. I got hit with 2 fees from their bounced checks that out of my kindness didn't ask for the fee back from them. They rented in September 2011, by November they bounced checks. They blamed the bank and an accounting error. Then came the late checks from 10 to 30+ days late monthly, 12 out of the 14 they actually paid. They never ever returned a call to me. I would call their house and cell phones. Instead they cowardly would call the realtor and give more excuses. The realtor Luis Maldonado would pass the message to me. The late checks were "IRS isues". So after 2 bounced checks they sent money orders breaking the total of $1,600 monthly into 2 money orders. This was when I got suspicious that these people might not even buy this property. Yes the property was for sale but I accepted their offer as a lease with option to buy in as little as 4 to 6 months. They had a large family and I felt they would really enjoy the property and land as it was in a prime location of Blakeslee, PA. The payments were being made to Wells Fargo as I received from them when I had a loan modification as part of lease to buy agreement they signed that I submitted to Wells Fargo. I have proof of payments the money collected was the exact amount of mortgage. The property was rented/leased thru realtor there was no reason for me to meet them until they actually bought, but that never happened. Robert Roth knows that after 30 days I can pursue a claim in court which was the game he would play sending the payments close to the 30 day mark so I couldn't file a claim with court.

Robert Roth and Mona Lee-Nonamaker are the scammers and fraudsters and deadbeats that walked out owing 4 months rent. When they left in March 2012, again thru the realtor because they would not return any calls to me, Mr Roth promised to pay me everything he owed and thanked me for being very understanding with late payments. I could not evict a family with 5 children and they used this to get over on me. Robert Roth actually left a 12-15 piece golf club set that that I didn't even think of keeping or holding on to them. I let realtor know he left at property and he actually went back to pick up. I was extremely kind with this family. Roth and Monamaker-Lee are the lowlife degenerate deadbeats and yes I have proof that I was making payments to Wells Fargo up until they stopped paying me. What goes around comes around.
