I purchased 2 pairs of shoes on the Fabkids website and I agreed to their terms. I knew that I had to call and cancel my membership before 30 days was up so that I would not be charged $29.95. I called and spoke to a representative that assured me that my membership was cancelled and that I would not be charged.However, when I checked my account 2 days letter they tried charging my account several times causing me to be charged $108 in overdraft charges and then once my husband's pay check deposited that charged my account 29.95. I contacted them again to dispute their actions before contacting my bank and they denied that they ever spoke to me previously regarding cancelling my account and they never cancelled my membership. They refused to refund my money.
