FaceReplen /ImageRevive Deceptive advertising that involves a a trial not a sample and trouble with return Internet

I cancelled my order as soon as I realized that I had signed up for an extremely expensive autoship program. The 'sample' was actually a trial for which I would pay 50 %of the regulare price if I didn't return it with the allotted time. I immediatly obtained an RA number and sent the product back unopened. i have proof from Canada Post that the parcel was delivered to the company. Two weeks after they recieved the parcel, I was charged for the products. When I phoned the customer service number, I was told by 'Alex'that 'yes that is all true and I can refund half of your money'. After many attempts on my part to get a full refund, I was told that:
1 - I should have called them to let them know the package had arrived, and
2- that he would refer my complaint to the refunds department.

I was refused any access to more senior personel or any contact information.

These are highly unethical and deceptive practices . All I want is the refund of money for a product I properly returned.
