I read the poster's complaint about Kim Pease, and found it to be completely without merit. First of all, our company has utilized Kim to help cast three separate Screen Actor's Guild contracted films (including one that is being released by SONY - which seems to be a point of contention by the poster). Next, I think it's common for smaller-market agencies to conduct classes or paid-seminars to help nurture talent as well as supplemental income due to less movies and Televsion casting gigs in smaller markets.  And lastly, I don't know why the physical appearance would matter for a casting director, yet the poster referenced insulting terms such as "fat" several times, as if that were relevant to her ability to recognize and promote a new talent?  Shame on this poster.

Okay. Let me explain you something. Just because the women is overweight doesn't mean she a dumbass. I have signed with her and she is the real deal. I did the talent convention the use is taking about twice and both times they were the best experience of my life. I have agents in both LA and New York and I have mosaic on the radio. Kim Pease is a wonderful person and a  beautiful woman. I owe her so much and appreciate everything she's done for me. If she comes of as "unprofessional" it's because she wants to make you feel welcome. Everyone at FIA is family. We lookout for and love each other. Sorry lady, but you missed one of the best experiences of you and your son's life.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this ripoff report is clearly false. Kim Pease is, and has been my agent and makeup artist for several years. I am very familiar with her intake process and this report does not reflect it in the least. I suspect a competitor posted this, and if so, they are actually violating federal antitrust laws as well as committing blatant libel and defamation. But, enough of that.

I work with Ms. Pease on a regular basis and she is always of the highest integrity. In fact, I have also worked with her and other large entertainment groups; Hannover House, Disney, ABC, and Paul Weber, to name a few. Of course, Kim does actually have contacts with SONY, and if you check her facebook page, you will see photographs of her with all of these and more. Or, you could attend any number of her workshops and actually meet these people, as I have often had the pleasure of doing.

Ms. Pease always makes it very clear to her talent that jobs are not easy to get and the talent must work very hard in developing their career. This takes time and yes, it does cost money.
