FacilitySource - Facility Source really is that bad! Worthington Ohio

I won't go on to long about my experience with FacilitySource, simply because if you read the post from Heather in Dublin you already know the story. I worked for FacilitySource for 2 1/2 years. When the company 1st took the name FacilitySource and relocated to Columbus, OH it was a great place to work. Sadly has the company has grown many many bad decision have been made when it comes to leadership in the call center.
I watched directors come and go, each worse than the one before. Around October 2006 a new director was hired. In the beginning it was all smile and optism, but that soon changed. I was promoted to a supervisor by that director and promised the world. Long story short, I was lied to and thus began the downward spiral of my career at FacilitySource.
Myself and many other tried to go to the CEO, CFO and HR dept of the parent company, but it was taken that we were all just complaining and nothing was taken seriously. I watched a lot of good employees both quit and get fired durning that particular directors ntime at FacilitySource.
I believe it was fall of 2007 that FacilitySource replaced that director. Everybody was hoping that things were going to be looking up from that point on, we were all so terribly wrong. FacilitySource found themselves with what upper management claimed to be a "call center goddess", what a joke. Just so anybody reading this understands what FacilitySource does, let me explain... FS is a facility maintenance coordinator, they handle maintenance request from retailers and work with vendors(hvac, plumbers, electricians ect) to have these request completed in an accurate and timely manner... okay so back to the new director ( who as of Spring 2009 is still director). This director had one agend and that was making herself look good. With the type of business this is there is a lot more to it than just answeing the phone. This director doesn't care about that, she just wants her call #'s to look good. Who cares that some clients are supposed to have dedicated CSRs per their contracts with FS, she will have whoever take the calls whether they know thw account or not. She knows absolutely nothing about building maintenance, nor does she care to learn.
Employees were treated worse than ever and since FS management thought they had found such a great director nobody could question what she was doing. People were once again promised the world, then when they questioned the empty promises they were quickly turned on.
I was fortunate enough to find another job and not give them the satisfaction of firing me. I am 99% sure that my termination was in the works simply because everybody knew when somebody was being pushed out. Theye never had enough intergrity there to discuss the issue(s) they had with you, they just found a way to make you miserable enough to leave or find a crappy excuse to fire you.
I understand that sometimes you have to do a job you don't neccessarily like in order to get by, but if you are considering working for FacilitySource you need to be prepared for the environment you are walking into.
There are a few members of the original management that are great people, I often wonder why they are even there. There have been a few positive additions to the company as well (again I don't know why they haven't ran for the door either) but unfortunately the problems almost all stem from the call center director. She is a out of control and nobody who has the capability of stopping her is paying any attention to what she is doing to her employees and the company as a whole.
