Factorymart Charged me $55 for 5 Day RUSH ORDER, which never happened, Product was inferior. NO refund for rush order, or reprint product as the promised. Lake Worth, Florida

I placed my first order with Factorymart on Monday May 7, 2012, for 25 table top displays and 1,000 cards on a RUSH order.

I was charged $204.00 for the 1,000 cards.

I was also charged $233.91 for the table top displays, the rush order ($55), and shipping & handling of over $80.

The rush cost an additional $55, my order was supposed to be done within 5 days. I was told I would get the proofs to review by Wed., then Thurs, then Fri. or Monday.  I called Thurs., Fri., and Monday to check on my order. No one got back to me, on Tuesday the 6th day of my 5 day rush, I called to find out that the proof still was not been done and my order was sitting! I sent an email to the owner, John Didonato, stating the above information. I received no response.

I sent this email to John Didonato and Carolina Tolliver on May 16, 2012:
I placed my RUSH order on MONDAY May 7, 2012 it is now MAY 16! It MUST be overnighted today! WHERE is my order?? I need a phone call immediately assuring me that my order is done and will be overnighted this afternoon! 

I received an email with another customers proofs!

Carolina Tolliver told me the $55 for the rush would be refunded, and the order was sent overnighted on May 17, 2012. My order was finally received on Friday May 18, 2012.  I have not received credit for the $55 rush order fee, as of June 25, 2012.

The table top displays were poorly printed. I requested a reprint. I waited 3 weeks for this re-order, having been told they would reprint them at no charge. Early last week, Carol in customer service told me Carolina Tolliver said to give her 1 to 2 days for the proof. Today, June 25, 2012, I was told by Carolina Tolliver that they would not print the table top displays. This company has several different DBA's, including Visual Products, Inc. which has a Better Business Rating of F! All complaints for products/services, all no response or unsatisfactory resolution. See link:
