I also urge you to call the District Attorney in Larimer County. You can sue them civilly, their bill of lading is illegal and actually does not contain any terms and conditions. I'd also urge you to call the tax assesor in Larimer County since the guy is using his home for commercial purposes so his taxes can be correctly reassessed (commercial taxes much higher in colorado and it's illegal to use a residential address this way). It should send off alarm bells when a company has to change their name every couple of months. And the owner may very well be here illegally from New Zealand. Don't be surprised if he gets a number of judgments against him and takes off home. And don't think you're getting any better of a deal if you get one of his employees. Tyler in particular, seems to be part of the scam in extorting cash. If you have problems with them, it's pointless to try and work it out.
