The staff is very beligerent and degrading, leterally yelling at the customer. They are adamant that their records are correct without question, will not discuss. Offer help when behind on payments, but do not return calls or requests forcing additional problems and ultimately foreclosure proceedings. Phone calls constantly get disconnected in the middle of the transferring process.

To the person defending Leilini Kinikini, you obviously work for Fairbanks, or you would not be defending them. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Leilini himself responding. To the rest of you...save your energy for the real battle!! Don's waste your time or energy on these people who defend them, as they are not losing their homes. People who have time to critize peoples spelling, have too much time on their hands. I am part of the class action against Fairbanks. I received a letter from Hud asking to agree to settlement and release Fairbanks of all fault concerning the issue. My question is: How long will it be before we see this money? And, if we sign this and Fairbanks thinks we cannot file another complaint against them, what is stopping them from doing it again? I would love to hear from anyone who has gotten past this part of the class action.

Hang in there!! There are so many government appointed people on our side. Fairbanks will not last much longer.

another victim of fairbanks capitol

to the poster that stated that maybe we should of investegated the company before we did business with them, WE DIDN'T CHOOSE THEM! THEY CHOOSE US! most of everyone complaining about them have had our loans sold to fairbanks through other companies and if you would of read the reports you would know this!

We are also in the process of our having our house takin from these monsters. The investigation into there wrong doing's has not stopped them one bit! my loan still states that we are over $10,000 behind and that is absolutly not so. in the past 2 yrs I have been through hell with these people!Been forced into chapter 13 and when that wasnt good enough they still want more money! Now we have converted to chapter 7. They have trashed our credit and ruined our kids lives as we will loose our home to sherriff sale in June. This has got to stop, someone, somewhere, somehow!

Actually the previous complaint was correct the most of the representatives were Just as nasty and unprofessional as the prior rebutal. response. I wonder if the general manager knows about all these problems. I do agree however that Mr. Leilini Kinikini was very instrumental in all his efforts to assist. He seem to be the only one in Fairbanks willing to assist without problem or hesitation.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE GENTLEMAN ABOUT LEILINI, HE IS ONE OF THE MANY HUNDREDS THAT WORK FOR THIS STUPID RIP OFF ARTIST COMPANY CALLED FAIRBANKS. I HAVE PERSONALLY HAD TO HAVE CONTACT WITH HIM AND HE IS A BIG JERK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE WILL NOT ANSWER ANY OF YOU QUESTONS HANG UP ON YOU ETC. THEY CALL THIS BUSINESS YES A RIP OFF BUSINESS WITH HIM EING ONE OF THE RIP OFF ARTIST. Don't talk about Leilini Kinikini. All I can say is he's doing his job and the rest of you can go to hell. Before you put someone's name out there why don't you investigate before you do business with certain companies, and while you're at it why don't you learn how to spell "leterally was not a word the last time that I checked, it's literally" MORON!!! Everyone has a job and everyone gets paid for doing it, so LAY OFF!!!
