Fairbanks Capital Corp Threatened, harrassed, lied by claiming their customers were important outlandish ripoff late fees victimized many consumers Pasadena California

It started around June when Nationscredit sold my second mortgage to Fairbanks Capitol. My homeowners insurance is carried on my first mortgage. I got a letter from Fairbanks stating that My loan had been sold and I did not have insurance.

They also requested that I fill out a form about my insurance. Which I did....only to get another letter stating that I still have not responded to there wishes, and that they were going to start charging my loan insurance prices that would be very steep!

Three phone calls later and about 3 letters, they finally had it taken care of. They sent me a letter that said everything was fine! Then, I recieved a letter yesturday that said.."Our records indicate that your current property insurance policy has been cancelled!" HELLO?? Then they preceeded to say that if I did not take care of this immediatly, this could result in increased payment amount, may cause my loan to become delinguent and could result in foreclosure action, and could make me obligated to pay late fees and attorney's fee. Of course I was livid!! Because these people have dropouts from McDonals working for them and can't get diddly straight?

I am inconvienced to deal with their incompitance?? For gods sake, the loan is only for $13,000.00. I will eventually get this straightened out, but I am currently looking to pay of this looser company (now you got me going!) as soon as possible.

I also incourage anyone else dealing with this company do the same. "Nationscredit.....Take me back!"
