The war rages on as more and more American home owners join the fight against Fairbanks Capital Corp.
Are you one of the 165,000 being threatened by Fairbanks with losing your home? It is time to take a stand...file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission today (CALL...1-877-382-4357) Write letters to anyone and everyone, from President Bush to your local newpaper editor. Contact your local television and radio stations. We have to act now because everyday someone else is being forced from their home by Fairbanks! We need to flood every government office, news provider etc... with our complaint and information of how Fairbanks is ripping America off!

Here is my personal letter to President Bush.

Dear President Bush,

Not only is the war raging on in Iraq but right in the USA as well. Over 165,000 hard working Amercians are losing their homes to Fairbanks Capital Corp. These "crooks" are robbing us of our homes, our credit and our dignity.

The Federal Trade Commission and HUD have filed a Class Action suit against Fairbanks Capital Corp. but the problems continues as more and more American's are losing their homes everyday awaiting for justice to deal with the illegal practices of Fairbanks Capital Corp.

On a personal note, our first conflict with Fairbanks began the very first month; when we were charged over $300 for a late payment. We were never told that our mortgage loan was sold to Fairbanks Capital Corp from Equicredit, so the payment went to Equicredit. And now, we find out ...that Fairbanks and Equicredit are the same company! Simular charges were made against our mortgage loan over and over again. When we attempted to refinance to get away from Fairbanks...and we requested a payoff on our mortgage loan, Fairbanks created bogus charges that they put into an escrow...then showed our mortgage payment as being 90 days past due, because our previous 3 months payments were applied to these bogus charges. We didn't stand a chance of refinancing with this showing up on our credit report. Within 30 days of this manuver by Fairbanks they filed foreclosure on our home.

We, cannot wait any longer, we need assistance in stopping these thieves from robbing us blind. Many have retained attorneys to no avail, as Fairbanks refuse to provide records or respond in a timely manner allowing foreclosure proceedings to be halted.

I write you today to seek your intervention in stopping Fairbanks Capital Corp. from continuing their harassement until the Class Action suit is finalized. ALL foreclosure proceedings should be halted until it is proven that the Mortgagee is infact in default. Please respond as 165,000 are awaiting your response to our need.
