Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff Like everyone else, trying to Steal our house plus all our payments! Salt Lake City Utah

I'll make this short, Fairbanks Capital has been harrassing my Husband and I over payments that are not even due yet.

Fairbanks Capital took over our loan on April 2002, our payments are more than current and we have western union receipt showing that we are current on our mortgage, although Fairbanks says that we are due for October, Novenber, and December's Payment,and They tell us that if they don't have these payments by the 29th of this month, they will foreclose.

I have faxed them copies of all our receipts, but it hasn't done any good, I have taken any and all documents to my Lawyer,hopefully she can straighten them out.

Today 12-27-02 I recieved a video in the mail,On the box it says, solutions,help for those who have fallen behind on their home loan payments. And the first part of the video states that this is an attempt to collect a debt, and stating that they want to work with us to get our mortage current, ( it is more than current!)And we can prove that, but when I called to speak w/ a represenitive, they didn't want to help, they wanted to know when I could send them more payments !
