Posted this same message early this morning, but for some strange reason our last 2 postings have not stayed on this site.
Check out WBAL TV web site and see new investigative report.
Also, our prior posting was to notify all of the site from the former advocates to draw your own conclusions, which was on this site last nite.
I emailed this site to inquire as to what has happened to the postings and received response that it may be a "greg man thing".
Virus awareness, these sites for complaints are possibly being infected, beware.

Warning..Beware the forum on Yahoo...Fake Microsoft Update Email.

Glad you posted this. I joined the mortgage_fraud_ forum today. Within two hours I had one of those fake Microsoft emails telling me about a cumulative patch to "fix" all security issues for IE in my inbox. Microsoft does NOT send emails to notify of security fixes.
I went to Microsoft's site...there is NO cumulative patch for all IE issues available from Microsoft. All update notification is done through "Microsoft Windows Critical Update Notification". If it don't come from there, it ain't Microsoft! This email is very "official" looking with links to go somewhere that looks like Microsoft. BEWARE this email!
I bounced the email from MailWasher and of course did not open it to see what it might do. I believe that your forum may be "mined". Someone is no doubt "harvesting" the email addresses from the forum (may be harvesting from all Yahoo forums, I don't know) I am afraid to speculate at the "payload" that it might be carrying.

I will be forced to unsubscribe now as I worry alot about passing on worms, etc. to innocent folks. Whoever is doing this is working FAST.
I have NEVER received fake emails from this site and am impressed to see that I do not get a "Privacy Notification" when I come here meaning that there are no tracking cookies being placed in our computers at ROR. Thanks! No viruses from here, either.
What is the deal with the former advocates? What do they think they are doing? Please repost as I want to know if I am drawing the correct conclusions about these two guys.If they have something to say, I'd like to hear it. My opinion of them right now is somewhere about the ocean bottom, but I am open to any validation they can offer for what they are doing!
What is a "greg man thing"? Do we need to worry about this Greg man? Anybody? Is Greg man the culprit that was scrambling the eggs on this site a couple of weeks ago? If so, I would like to send him to the bottom of the ocean
