Fairbanks Capital Corporation ripoff Salt Lake City Utah

My mortgage was sold to this ripoff company shortly after my husband and I modified our construction loan.

1. They are trying to charge us a prepayment penalty of $7,603.01 when there is no rider to our mortgage. If there was a prepayment penalty then thay should have had us to sign a rider at modification just like everyother paper they had us to sign, I look for that, because when we took out our constriction loan there was a prepayment, so when it came time for modification we had advised our broker that we would take our mortgage somewhere else if there was going to be a prepayment, he then advised us that due to the LTV there would be no prepayment penalty.

2. They have ordered the documents to verify this information then when they got the documents in their excuse is that document was not sent to them with all the other documents, so they will need to order it from another source. This is bogus if there was a rider then it would have been with all other documents in storage.

I hope that something is done to this company for trying to ripoff or just get rich quick; from their customer that whom never chose to be with this company.
