Fairbanks Capital / Loan Servicing Center ripoff dishonest fraudulent foreclosure added fees Jacksonville Florida

Fairbanks took over my mortgage when it was in a forebearance from my previous mortgage company. When forebearance was paid in accordance with original agreement, they added extra fees to keep me behind.

They then put my home in foreclosure status and charged me $1050.00 for attorneys fees from last year.

They are now saying I am 3 months behind, have me in foreclosure status still, and say that I owe them over $11,000.00, which includes $2100.00 in attorneys fees for foreclosing twice this year on my home.

I paid them $6800.00 in November after speaking with someone and being told that I owed $7709.86. When I called back to give them the Western Union transfer number, I was told by someone else that I owed $10,300.00. Everytime I call them I talk to someone different, I get a different story and different amount owed.

Someone should close these people down and let us have a real mortgage company with real rates. I am unable to refinance because they keep putting me in a hole.
