FAIRBANKS CAPITAL/SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING/EQUICREDIT My research on these ripoff entities wholly owned subsidiaries of BANK OF AMERICA Salt Lake City Utah

I have done a great bit of research of these named entities. Fairbanks either changed their name to various different versions of Equicredit or merged with Equicredit(For example, there is an Equicredit Corporation of Texas; Equicredit Corporation of America; Equicredit Corporation of N Carolina, etc etc).

Most of the various state divisions of corporate records showed most doing business out of Jacksonville,Fla or out of Hatboro,Pa. The Hatboro tel no has been disconnected. But the Equicredit operation out of Florida answers the phone but states that they were bought out by Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc and that all the corporate offices for Select is out of Salt Lake City, Ut.

You will play hell getting a number for that outfit from telephone company...and if you do you will be stuck with customer service or collections. They refused to transfer me to any responsible corporate officer. Howver, I did find a way to get the number of one such officer. That number is 801 5946014 and it is to a certain Neal Jackman, who is the "project manager".The main number is 801 293 2500 .

The big surprise is that all of these entities are wholly owned subsidiaries of BANK OF AMERICA. Many lawsuits filed against Fairbanks did implead Bank of America into the suits.

So, go give them hell.
