Fairbanks Capital - Select Portfolio Servicing Filing chapter 13 BK 2nd time to save home need CPA to reconcile account ASAP Salt Lake City Utah

We are filing chapter 13 bankruptcy for the second time in order to save our home from Fairbanks foreclosure action. They have ran up attorney fees and (unexplained) miscellaneous costs and charges on our account to the amount of over $18,000. We filed once before but they still came back saying we owe an outrageous amount because they appllied every one of our BK payments to a "Suspense Account" - not one payment was applied to get us caught up (which is totally ILLEGAL!) so we still owe the amount from the first BK.

They put the money toward fees and charges only. We had a claim form for the FTC lawsuit for $5371 but only got $460!!! We feel the FTC ripped us off as well since we cannot sue now because we signed the claim form releasing them after they paid the claim. They tried to foreclose so we hurried up and filed BK chapter 13 to get them off our backs. We need a Certified Public Accountant to go over our records - someone who has experience reconciling Fairbanks accounts and knows what tricks they pull - but that does NOT work for Fairbanks so that we can show the BK judge what they have done. It has to be someone who is neutral and can be fair to us. If you know or have used someone like that, please let me know by filing a rebuttal report. Thanks.
