Fairbanks Capital ripoff refused payment and put us in forclosure Salt Lake City Utah

We were 2 weeks behind and fairbanks told us to pay 750.00 or they wouldn't axcept our payment so after six months of refused payments they went into foreclosure. We filed chapter 13 then we had to pay 500 plus 248 and both of us being disable it took all of our check so we had to surrender our home to them and file chapter 7.

Then they sold our home and we can't even rent because of the first and last months rent and the deposit so we have to live with our son. I think that all the people who were illigaly foreclosed on should get there home back free and clear for the suffering we all went through and still going through. Fairbanks should have to compensate us. We did nothing wrong but try to make our payment that was refused. Paybacks are #### and it's fairbanks time. They also send the sell of the house to the irs for you to pay taxes on money they recieved
