To those who work for the currupt money thieving so called business I will enjoy atching you all fail....but I'm sure none of themhave their mortgages with this company... has anyone noticed they seem to never write in on all of these posts? can't defend a company you know is horrible.... but love paycheck day.. how can they sleep knowing the money they have stolen from all of us... it's the same as robbing a bank.
My house was to be put on the butcher block today ....too bad unfairbanks you have forced me into BK once again... you too will soon know how that feels. your not getting my house your not taking away my childrens home where it is the only secure place they know in this society of rip off artists like yourselves... oh yeah mr. ozzane why don't you send me another expired forbarance agreement so I can hava another good laugh... taking care of business in all the wrong ways.
You still have my phone # to call on Sunday morning... if your company is so straight why didn't you call me on monday not disrupt my only day of peace I thought I had from your horrible gangster company...you can break my legs but not my pride..... take your wasted t-shirts and have them all reprinted with your owl flying straight into a jail cell. I thougt I was almost rid of this company, found a bank to refinance with and then all hell broke loose. I have been set to close 4 different times now in less than a month. Now they say I am four months behind and want another $2,500 and then they will release the loan. I have no more $2,500 to give them. why won't they just let me go? I do not understand how they can still be in business. I have a really good interst rate much lower than with unfairbanks locked in until 8/15, well I will never make that date. I have not received a bill since Apil, 2003. I continued to send in paments, god only knows where they are, have sent copies of cancelled checks does no good. I feel bad that the could be new mortgage company has paid for appraisals, title searches, etc. Only to have fairbanks be rude and uncooperative,faxing information that changes daily at the last minute.
I can not go through this much longer. I am a good person just trying to be responsible, does no good, short of winning the lottery I will probably loose my home for no reason other than Fairbanks is scum.
