Pennsylvania people, I received a letter from the Office of Attorney General, they say they are prepared to mediate disputs against Fairbank Capitol, here is their address:

Give them what address Fairbanks is using with you. I have received letters from Fairbanks in Florida and Utah, so I furnished them with both, and any contact people I have spoken to at Fairbanks (what do they call themselves?) customer service representatives? and that is using the term lightly...
But for PA people there is help....
