Fairfield Resorts ripoff Lies Lies Lies!!! Dishonest and Unprofessional Orlando Florida

Apparently Fairfield needs to recognize that they have a problem because all of the people who have complaints on here are not dumb like they treat us. From day 1 I have been unhappy with this company. I told them when I bought it that I wanted no problems and was reassured that everything would go smoothly. The first payment came and I thought money had been taken out of my account. I get a call a week after the payment was due asking why I had not made a payment and I told them I did not know considering it was to be automatically drafted.

They took down my information and took a payment. The next month came and same thing, the incompetant employee didn't put in the correct info the first time I gave it to him. The next month came and they breeched the contract by taking a payment on a day that was not agreed upon on the contract, this happened numerous times.

I received a call almost a year after I have pruchased it from a lady who wanted to go over my timeshare plan with me. I specifically asked when we bought it if the unused points for the year would be rolled over and was told yes so if I wanted to save for a big trip I could. The lady on the phone today told me this is not so. The points turn into a week through RCI. I was not happy about this because I would not have bought if I was told the truth from the beginning.

This company is a nightmare to deal with and I wonder if all those that have a problem with Fairfield have the ability to file a class action lawsuit against them for false information given in order to make a sale. I want the money I have put into it back and the contract cancelled.
